I'd like to do an update having had this for a few days now, I have many senior citizen friends that would love to use one of these but even 30 lbs is too much for them so please make new middle pieces that start out at 10 lbs and goes to 20 lbs... Please consider making the inside spring pieces 10 to 20 lb for all of the senior men and women and for even Junior and high School... There's a great need for this 10 to 20 to 30 lb springs to be made ASAP. Thanks for listening and I hope you work something out to make that happen Tim... There's a lot of money to be made in this 10 to 30 lb springs area. Okay contact me as soon as you have them made my wife would like to use what I'm using but the 30 to 60 lb is just too much for her... Thanks and God bless you Tim. Yeah this is a real good thing to have for your workout it's well built and the company looks really solid. Got a nice little greeting card from Tim and made the deal real sweet. I would buy these for gifts for others around a Christmas time or any birthday. Easy to put together and it's unlike any of the other things that I had in the past padded well no sharp edges it's a keeper for probably many years. Already had two workouts today with it easy to use and fun and I can already feel the firmness in my arms chest back & shoulders. I don't recommend something unless I think it's a real good deal this is a good deal... The Price is Right looks great feels good in your hands gives you a good workout. I was not paid or given this device for free at all I'm just giving my opinion of a very good piece of workout equipment that will last for a long time lightweight very strong easy to take with you and your luggage for vacation workouts. Works great. I like the different adjustments available. You can get a good workout with this. Made of metal so is durable. The grips are padded to make it easy to hold on to. The different adjustments that are available in 2 different springs should take care of all levels of strength.

This thing works as advertised. I looked at a few different models and manufacturers but ended up going with this one. This one had an additional setting on the low end and came with a “poster” that showed some uses. I’ve had it for a little over 3 weeks, results are noticeable. And not barely noticeable. If you’re not familiar with resistance style lifting, the pounds of resistance does not directly relate to pounds you can lift. The only complaint I have, and maybe I missed it in the description, I’m sure I could have done the math too. I’m 6’3, the size of this thing and the locations of the inner handles complicates doing bicep curls with it. In the outer holes (less resistance) the size is better, but when I move to the inner holes, I end up having my elbow awkwardly placed and it slides around a little. I’ve figured out a couple tricks to overcome it, but wanted to share this knowledge. Overall I really like it. I use it 3-4 times a day, each time I’m doing 4-5 minutes of use.

This is one of the best products I have ever purchased from Amazon. I am 100% satisfied with everything about it. It works very well. it is a fun and easy to use. Simple to adjust the weight resistance and the resistance has a wide range of choices. The foam is very comfortable on my hands and arms. Solid, sturdy construction makes me feel confident when using. I definitely recommend it as a way to stay toned and active for anyone wanting to start something new. My results were almost instant. At 30 lbs. of resistance. Can be used sitting in place or standing.

Have only had for a few days. If you are reading this and contimplating purchasing i would recommend. I was hesistant myself but figured the price was too cheap not to try. great work out and easy to change resistance levels. 30, 60, 90 and 120 lb resistance levels. I dont go to gym and love the 60 and 90 lb options still have room to improve to get to 120. 30 seemed easy but love fact it gives you 4 lb options. Some dont offer that many
