This is my 3 purchase of this hose. I left two beloved hoses at the house I sold. I just purchased this one for my new house. This is the only hose I have ever purchased in my entire lifetime that does not kink. I have purchased expensive rubber hoses and I find that they all kink except this metal one. I will never go back to a rubber hose because they kink on you no matter what they say. Save yourself the frustration and buy the best hose on the market. When people see the metal hoses they ask about it & I always tell them, get one for yourself & you will never have to deal with kinks again. You will never have to buy another hose because these are built to last.

First one lasted for a bit , then there was a burst and got a replacement , unfortunately it didn’t last , now there’s a major leak right at the spray nozzle 🤦🏻♂️, can’t do a return for a replacement . Update: they have a great customer service , even though the return window have closed , they sent out a replacement hose and it’s working great

I originally purchased this hose back in May and I immediately loved it. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver and stores nice and compact. For some odd reason the metal casing unraveled off the hose at the nozzle 3 months in.. I was already past the 30 day return policy but I wrote to the company and explained what had happened. They apologized for the inconvenience and asked if I could provide a picture of the damaged hose. I uploaded a picture to them and they immediately responded with their apologies and told me they would be sending me a replacement. I received it today and I am a very happy camper. Fingers crossed this one will last much longer than the first one.

When I first bought this about 3 months ago, it worked fine and shot out water nicely. I bought it because my dogs claws would rip through other materials as she played in the yard as I watered (boxador breed). This product is very light weight and is relatively easy to maneuver. But I question it's durability. It's true that my dog has not punctured through and there are no leaks, but strangely the pressure through the hose suddenly is half of what it used to be. The only thing I did that may have been odd was the up and down circular motion I used to untwist it after the water was already pumping through the hose. I would recommend uncoiling and untangling the hose before you use it to hopefully prevent any materials twisting up inside. I am was so concerned because at one point the water coming out was just a trick, that I called the city to investigate. After performing a test, they said that my water pressure was fine and that it must be my hose as it was shooting out of the spigot just fine. I would have given this product a two star review, but I am not coiling it back up and just leaving it in my back yard as uncoiled as possible and it's still shooting out water about half the pressure as it used to. I'm also happy that my dog's paws can't rip through it, but overall I'm a little disappointed in this product, especially from a durability standpoint.

The quality of this garden hose is exceptionally good. I used to buy water pipes made of plastic or cloth and have to replace them with new ones every year, but this product is of very good quality and will not break even when exposed to the sun. Although it feels a little hot to the touch, it is really durable.

I don't understand why, but I am having trouble keeping a regular garden hose in one piece. Something (a squirrel? a rat? a raccoon? ) keeps chewing holes in my rubber hoses. I am replacing them now with these metal ones. I am disappointed in the water pressure/ the force of the water coming out of the nozzle with with new metal hose. And it comes with a nozzle that you have to twist to regulate (I prefer a "fireman's nozzle.") But I do appreciate that any critter taking a chomp out of my new hose will probably break a tooth.
