The rods are really simple and attractive, not ornate or fussy. They come complete with all the hardware needed to hang them and installation is relatively easy. All we needed for installation was a drill. One of the decorative ends was damaged in shipment. I contacted the vendor and requested a new end. They responded immediately and replaced the entire rod. GREAT service after the sale.

Maybe i didn't read something right, or put 2 and 2 together that this could happen. I don't even remember if the description told what size the shaped ends were, but the diameter of the square diamond ends were bigger than i wanted for my single bathroom window. They are 2.25" on all 4 sides so it was big enough that when i open my cupboard door, the door hits this as the rod end sticks out from the wall and i can't open the door all the way to the wall. I purposely bought this as it was a good price for a 2 pack as my window has a top valence and a curtain thats half way down the window. So i had to buy another rod with smaller end so i could get the cupboard door open all the way. Again, this was pry my own fault for not factoring this in, just be aware if you have similar situation.

I don’t know how some people are complaining about them arriving busted because amazon packed these in a box with dog food I ordered (a big heavy bag) and my husband (who didn’t know the rods were in there) TOSSED the box 🤦🏻♀️ and they still unpacked unscathed. They were very well packaged and didn’t have any dings, cracks, or scratches. They look great in my little girl’s nursery!

These will do, but don’t love them. I put “brushed nickel” in my search bar, and these came up. The price was right, so I bought them. Upon arrival, I noticed right away the finish seemed cheap; as if it was sprayed on. It’s not like my other rods that are a true brushed nickel. With that being said, hardly anyone will notice when they walk by.
