Comes in two pieces that you snap in together; minor issue of one if the inner tube bring slightly too thick but with a little more push, snapped in ok even though it stripped off a tiny bit of paint from the end of inner tube which is not visible. I like how it fit and held up my curtain really nicely, it looks really nice and I didn't use the tension thingy because I don't trust that all too much so I used hooks to hold it up, it functions pretty well and yeah!

These rods are good with light weighted curtains. The only problem is I ordered two set of two and one of the rods does not fit into the other half so unable to use for one window. Very disappointed! Have to spend money on more!!! Just not right!

So with the warm weather approaching soon I decided I needed blackout curtains to keep my bedroom cooler in the mornings while I sleep. Problem was I live in an apartment and like others I didn’t want to drill holes in the walls because I am not sure if I will be re-signing my lease next month. So my sister suggested tensions rods and I am so glad I listened! These rods although thin, which is what I needed for my window because it already has blinds on it, they’re easily holding up my new blackout curtains. And as some know these curtains are heavier than normal curtains. As you can see no bowing or anything in the middle and no holes I need to fill when I move out! These were super easy to put together and put up. I did it by myself with no help in a matter of minutes! My only complaint is I wish they made a silver color in this product, like a faux brushed nickel. I’m very happy with this product and will definitely recommend to friends and family. ... show more

Worst rods money can buy! They do not stay straight. Rod bends when you have to extend it and curtains are distorted. Waste of money. Sent back for refund.
