I’m using this rod with one linen-blend curtain panel and it looks beautiful in my space. The finish is clean and modern, and the rod feels well made for the price. Installation was straightforward. I didn’t use the included brackets because I installed the rod with Kwik Hang brackets instead, but the brackets that come with the set seemed sturdy and properly made for the rod. For reference, the panel shown is 84” long and not feather-light, and the rod supports it without issue. This is a slimmer-profile rod, which works well for light to medium weight curtains, and I’d expect it could also support two light-to-medium panels depending on fabric and width. If you’re planning to hang very thick blackout curtains or multiple heavy layers, you may prefer a larger diameter rod. My only wish is that it came in brushed nickel, because I’d purchase another set if that finish were available. ... show more

Worked just like a curtain rod should. It is not as adjustable as I had hoped - it fits together in three pieces and can be adjusted by removing one of the pieces. That being said, it was the perfect size for fitting in the "sleeve" of the curtain and looks like it is high quality on our wall. Be sure to measure to see if the length and thickness fits your needs - this is a thinner rod which was great for the curtain we used but may not work was well with thicker or larger curtains. ... show more

The sections that screw together plus the sliding adjustment at one end of this rod was perfect for my situation. I used one rod across an 8' wall (96") of windows by leaving one section out. We used this full set in our previous apartment, where we were OK with putting holes in the walls. The material is all lightweight and, I'll be honest, feels kind of cheap, but they stayed anchored and we had absolutely no issues with the brackets or the rod whatsoever. We no longer use the brackets in our new apartment, but the rod is still in use. If you have heavy blackout curtains and leave them bunched in the middle, there's some bend in the rod, but who does that anyway? It's fine, and for the price we're happy. ... show more

I was expecting limited travel distance, telescoping rods. What I received was a disappointing box of pipe segments. [THE LENGTH OF THE RODS IS NOT CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE] I received a series of fixed-length- formed metal tubes. The tubes are formed with male and female ends featuring a spiral structure. This is intended to form a threaded connection- all lengths of fixed-length pipe until the desired length is achieved. [MANUFACTURING TOLERANCE IS INSUFFICIENT FOR THE PRODUCT] I ordered 3x of these, assembling 4 tubes per rod (9 threaded joints in total) and about 1/4 work as described, 1/4 slip right past each other offering no strength, and 1/2 are functional but not secure. I found reasonable remediation in liberally applying two-part epoxy to the threaded sections. Images are attached. With limited effort I was able to make these fit my needs, but this product is only a short step above non-functioning. ... show more
