When I unboxed this, it confused me because it's not a true adjustable (sliding) rod. It comes in segments and each piece screws together so if you're needing to adjust it to a precise measurement, you can't. It limits you to either adding a full piece or leaving it off. Each piece is roughly 12 to 15". I didn't notice this when I ordered it but think it's kind off cool. Because of this, the overall sturdiness of the rod is unmatched. It's strong and we didn't have to use a center support. Just keep in mind that if you're needing to add one or two inches, you can't. You're married to adding one full piece. I strongly suggest looking at the measurement breakdown so you're safe knowing it is close to the size you're needing. ... show more

So happy the rail came with attachment hooks for the wall! Super sturdy, easy to put in, love how big the sizing options are,and they are cute! It's not heavy at all and the strength of the bar and hooks are incredible. I have 4 blacked out curtains on it and it holds them up super well. If you need a quick, cheap, and easy curtain rod this might be for you. Pros: light weight, simple design. Cons: some quality control issues (poor paint distribution leading to very obvious paint defect), not a slider rod (rods come in segments and are twist in) therefore you cannot tailor to exact lengths. Does not come with spare screws or drywall anchors (make sure you know what youre doing). These curtains rods were very easy to put up. First of all I liked the fact that there were two rods one for each of my sliding glass doors.They are light weight with no bulk at all. The rods come in sections which really made a huge difference for me. One of my sliders was shorter in length so I just removed a section of the rod and voila a perfect fit. These are 2 sizes ONLY so make sure they work for you. When attaching to the wall you have to put the screw in first and then slide the the bracket over the screw. It's difficult to tighten due to its location. If u have a socket that fits a screwdriver tip it will fit to tighten the rest of the way. I screwed right into wood, no anchor. ... show more
