I learned a long time ago that once one starts taking supplements they may not notice a significant difference. The only way to be certain the supplements are working is to stop them "cold turkey" after taking them for a year or more. If you start feeling bad/worse within a couple days, the supplement had been working for you. I am not willing to quit taking this product. I absolutely feel better today than I did many years ago before taking this and other supplements. I definitely believe this product has helped in making that happen. So . . . "If it's not broken, don't fix it." I would encourage everyone to try it for at least 3 (preferably 6) months. If you're not certain it's making a difference, then cut it off and see if you see changes. ... show more

OMGGGG!! This should be called MIRACLE! My loan officer told me about this while applying for mortgage loan, said she had 3 right &2 left knee surgeries &have arthritis with her mom having knee& back surgery it helped them so I ordered a bottle. I had right knee surgery due to torn meniscus that caused me then to have osteoarthritis, if I would’ve known that I wouldn’t had the surgery but doctors Don’t say what can happen!! I took 3 the first day I could tell the difference!! Took 3 7 days straight, no pain, swelling, stiffness UNBELIEVABLE!! 7 days later I moved in my new house & couldn’t find my bottle!! I took none for 7 days, still no pain, swelling or stiffness!! I ordered another bottle, found my lost bottle 2 days before my new bottle came! SMH!! I started staking Nov 1, 2022, I take 1 cap daily and sometimes 1 cap 1500mg every other day it works so well :) My husband had stiffness in his hands, started taking them & now no pain!!
