Using this product per instructions that came with the product made these changes: Total cholesterol was 314 3-15-2025 Total cholesterol was 254 6-15-2025 Total cholesterol was 145 3-15-2026 prompting my doctor to a raised brow and say keep doing what your doing… Dates are +/- estimates. I also eliminated gluten, seed oils, processed food, soy, wheat, MSG, high fructose corn syrup, and other food chemicals. Eating ground beef from a local farmer. Other meat from family butcher shops. Lots of rotisserie chicken. Avacado oil, olive oil, and butter use only. No other vegetable oils. Air fryer is an excellent alternative. No Statins. My weight stayed the same. Clearer Skin, improved mental clarity, improved libido, less joint pain. A1C is stable 5.8 to 6.3. It even tastes good! The numbers prove effectiveness in my case.

I’m going to give it five stars for the beautiful bottles that came in and beautifully packaged really good quality and it taste very good. My question is though should this product contain black pepper in order to be effective for the liver?? if anybody’s out there is reading my review please respond cause if you look up turmeric turmeric doesn’t get active unless you have black pepper so can anybody respond in? Let me know if this product is worth it if it doesn’t actually contain black pepper, so I’m just gonna tell my husband to put some black pepper in it to make it effective and also you need to check with your pharmacist that this product doesn’t interact with whatever medication’s that you take just a heads up. But overall, I hope it works if it works I’ll buy it. It’s pricey but if it works, I’ll buy it so I’m on a trial run here. We’ll see.

i believe in my heart and soul this worked. i had high levels in my liver and was told to comsult my Primary doctor. I brought this instead and after 3 months were levels wer normal again. No side effects, great taste 100% effective

Just finished my first bottle. The taste is very good! I steel small cup isn’t lined up with anything to measure and you have to fill it to the brim. That’s the only downside. I use a small glass cup that has all sorts of different measurements on it and I poured exactly 2oz into it and transferred to the metal sent. It was plumb full. So I don’t use that. Just the glass. I do believe that it has helped digestion. The ingredients are perfect and blended well (in my opinion). I think time will be the true test of efficacy. Very easy to use; shake and take it as soon as I wake up. No changes in skin as of yet but I have more bottles to drink so again, time will tell. 👍🏻here. One other downside is price. It’s a lot of $. However if it works, then one will find a way to keep it in a budget.

I’ve been using Dose for a while now, and overall it’s been a really solid addition to my routine. The taste is surprisingly good, which makes it easy to stick with daily—definitely better than a lot of other wellness shots or supplements I’ve tried. In terms of effectiveness, I noticed a difference fairly quickly. It gives a clean, steady boost of energy without the jittery feeling you sometimes get from caffeine-heavy products, which I really appreciate. One of the biggest positives for me has been the digestive benefits. It feels gentle on the stomach and seems to support better digestion overall, which is a huge plus. It’s also incredibly easy to use—no complicated prep, just quick and convenient. The only downside is the value. While the product works well, it is quite pricey for what you get, especially if you’re planning to use it consistently. Overall, Dose delivers on taste, energy, and digestive support, but the cost causes me not to use it consistently, which I would love to do.
