The product leaks where neck goes into narrow hose. Product comes with white tape, which fixes the problem. But instructions dont tell you where to put the white tape. You have to push the narrow hose through the collar and carefully wrap two layers of tape around the narrow neck. Then pull the narrow back to the collar flush, add gaskets and then attach to spicket. Then the product won't leak. A little diagram in the packaging would give this product 5 stars

This hose is just what I needed honestly I didn't need anything really crazy just watering plants the occasional spray down of a few outdoor items and filling my dog's water bowl. It works great and I love the fact that it doesn't tangle at all.

I ordered this hose on May 6, 2023. Today it developed a hole that cannot be repaired. Itโs 2 day past return window with Amazon and I keep getting redirected to blank page when trying to contact company for warranty info. Will go back to my rubber hose. Frustrated!
