My old rubber hose had died a well-deserved death. It was always tying itself in knots, it was difficult to attach to the outside spigot, and it was very hard to maneuver around the yard, especially when it was full of water. I replaced it with one of those flexible "pocket hose" type hoses, which worked well enough until it didn't. The one I had was not very durable. So when THAT hose died, I looked for a good solution. This stainless steel hose was it. I've had it for a couple of years now, and it has solved every problem that I had with these other hoses. It's easy to move, it hooks up easily to the spigot, it is lightweight, and it is durable. In short, it's everything I was looking for in an outdoor hose. Well worth the price, which was very reasonable to begin with!

I’m really happy with these stainless steel hoses. They never kink, and they’re super easy to store because they’re lightweight too. I use them nearly every day and they have held up perfectly. I get plenty of water pressure, and although it feels cheaply made, I actually like the handle sprayer that is included! I do wish they came in a black finish because I run this sprinkler through black mulch and the stainless definitely catches your eye, but very happy overall.

This is a great little hose to use around the yard for watering plants and such. Now, the hose itself I'm in love with, it's glides smoothly along with me, doesn't kink up or create knots and feels nice to hold. This is a thinner hose than the usual garden hose size so be aware if your looking for wider hoses. It does warm up in the sun the way metal would, although it never got extremely hot and when in use you can feel it get really cold from the flowing water. As for the hose attachments that it comes with, they feel and work like cheap China made products. The straight nozzle was leaking and spitting water from the start so I never got to use it and the other nozzle worked fine without leaking but started to make a whistling/squeeky sound whenever I used it which is annoying. So the hose itself is great, but I'll be buying better quality nozzles for it. Had an early frost hit and the hose was still plugged in, what happened is that when the water in the hose froze up it pushed the nozzle and tip of hose attachment out. All I did was push the hose metal tip back in and the hose is fine and didn't rip anywhere from the frozen water expanding so in my books that's a keeper feature for situations like this. Five star hose but the cheap nozzles make this a 4 star.

What a difference between the standard rubber hose and this one. Trying to put the rubber hose back on the wall mounted holder was a task. It’s very heavy and I had to untwist it every time. This stainless one is very light and doesn’t get twisted up. I didn’t know they existed until one day I was complaining to my neighbor about the rubber hose. She showed me her stainless hose and told me that she really liked it. Wish I had known about them years ago. Definitely worth buying. I got one for both the front and back. That was written shortly after receiving it. Then just before having it 1 year which is how long the warranty is for the hose I have in the front of the house began to leak. I immediately emailed them and included photos. They contacted me right away and asked I send them photos. I did along with some video. By this time I would be sopping wet by the time I finished watering. The hose was never replaced and I never received a refund. I haven’t had any problems with the hose in the back and since they seemed to have the best reviews I ordered a replacement from them for the front. Still annoyed that they didn’t honor the warranty.

I loved this hose because it is lightweight and easy to coil. I purchased this in April. I was watering 2 days ago and the nozzle shot off along with the part to attach it to the hose leaving me unable to use the nozzle any longer. So I am trying to use it without the nozzle but it leaks and saturates my shoes and clothes. $49 for a month of use is unacceptable.. Save your money. UPDATE: The description on Amazon says the hose is guaranteed for a year however it lasted two months. I have contacted the seller as it says to do with no response. I tried again. No response. I will report this to Amazon and hope to get this resolved but I am doubtful. Don’t believe this warranty BS. It means absolutely nothing and this company lies and is worthless. I will keep updating to see if this ever gets resolved. WARNING: Please don’t buy this.

So far the product is working good. I use it in a hose caddy and it is easy to coil and has no issues with kinking, Now just to see how long it last with out any problems, but for now I give it 5 stars.
