I bought this while on vacation and installed it on Oct 10th when we got home. Worked great for about 2 weeks then started not opening up when it was supposed to. Thought it needed to be charged so left it plugged in. Went away for the weekend and came home to find the girls were locked in for over 24 hours with no water!! DO NOT buy this!! Now of course my 30 day warranty is up because that was Nov 3rd and now it is the 9th! So angry. Spent $85 on this and have had to open it by holding the button more timed than I can count!! Definitely not worth the money

I bought two doors . They don’t work. I was very disappointed with the product . Oh and I couldn’t get my money back that’s even worse . But Amazon did help with returning 90.00 out of the 220.00
