I recently bought 2 of these; one for myself and for my husband. When I was reading all of the reviews, I noticed there were few that covered gaming. My husband and I are gamers and when I purchased this, I didn't have high expectations for the games it would run. I am a casual gamer, so my intention with this purchase was to be able to play Stardew Valley modded with my husband. It is not capable of running several stardew expansions at once (i.e. Stardew Valley Expanded with Ridgeside Village). However, running one expansion at a time with plenty of other mods runs just fine. I even tried 7 Days to Die on here and with a few tweaks to the game's settings, it runs it just fine, too! I will say that I'm far more impressed with this mini PC than I expected and am definitely not disappointed so far!

I bought this back in January to replace an old tower unit that I had had for years. I was so impressed with the size and performance until the other day when the internal SSD failed. I was sceptical about contacting technical support after recent run-ins with Comcast/Xfinity over my internet service. However I got straight through to a real person by the name of Melvin. Melvin was so helpful and technically competant, he first tried to help me recover the SSD and when that failed how to replace it and get my PC up and running again. All great now in no time. Think that I may order another SSD and keep a clone of the drive I can just plug straight in if this happens again. The replacent SSD only cost $18 on Amazon with overnight delivery.

I have a powerful gaming pc and I've always bought laptops to power my second monitor, paying like $200-$300 on slow, cheap laptops that break after a year, then I came across mini-PCs. The value here alone is worth buying this. You can expand it, upgrade it, my desk has so much space now. I've been running it and monitoring everything I can and it seems quite safe, secure, and fast. Windows 11 fully updated after boot, BIOS was dated early June of this year. It does do 4K resolution at 30. I have even emulated the 3DS and it runs perfectly, but don't get this for gaming, get this for watching twitch/youtube/local streaming and you will be highly satisfied. *Screenshot is from eset endpoint security scan

Great customer service! I initially had an issue with it, even though it was working great with two monitors hooked up. I called customer service, and they walked me through the entire process, but unfortunately, we couldn't resolve the issue. However, as a result, I received my new Mini PC. I definitely would recommend the Kamrui Mini PC.

Best customer service in a long time! Bought this computer in October 2022 and it has been excellent. Had some problems with it last week and could not find any warranty information on Amazon. Contacted Amazon to inquire about warranty and they put me in contact with the seller. I asked if the computer was still under warranty and Skylar with Kamrui-US Mini PC store promptly replied, suggested a couple troubleshooting tips, and immediately offered to replace the unit! I sent the old one back and Skylar shipped a new unit overnight. Got it today and back in business. Thanks Skylar!

I gave this product 4 stars only because it has the shortest cords I have ever seen on an electronic device. Usually I'm a fan of shorter cords because it's less that you have to manage but this cord is maybe 4 feet at best. I wanted to mount it under my desk on the end furthest from the wall outlet it just BARELY reaches. However, that's only when my desk is in a lower setting. If I raise it, the cord won't reach. Fortunately I planned to mount a surge protector under the desk that will buy me a few more feet. The HDMI cord is even shorter - maybe 2 feet? This is fine if you plan to mount the PC on the monitor or right behind it, but my monitor is on an arm so neither of those options are ideal. Thanks to Samsung for providing a longer HDMI with the monitor. Other than that, I love the PC. It's small, sleek design is exactly what I wanted. It's powerful enough to do everything I intended to use it for - photo editing and online content management. I'm sure it's powerful enough to do even more.
