Used it for over half a year. Best 32GB budget mini PC for office work!
I originally bought this mini PC because the specs were too good to pass up for the price, especially that 32GB of RAM. Now, after using it heavily for nearly 8 months, I can safely say it was a great investment. The performance has been rock solid. My daily workload involves keeping dozens of Chrome tabs open while running multiple office documents and chat apps simultaneously, and this little machine handles it all without a single stutter. It is incredibly compact—much smaller than I expected. I mounted it right behind my monitor, which completely freed up my desk space. The fan noise is also very well-managed; it stays barely audible during normal work hours. If you need a clutter-free, budget-friendly setup that doesn't sacrifice performance for daily productivity, this one is a no-brainer.

Terrific deal, with one big caveat.
Size: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS- 16 +512GB
Linux Mint installed instantly, everything except wifi was 100% immediately. Big caution: the wifi chipset is the (infamous) RealTek RTL8852BE. It's slow, prone to disconnects, and is not a good fit for linux. I'm not sure if it's better under Windows, but I'd avoid it everywhere. To get it to work in linux requires a bunch of tweaking & compiling - and once it's working with wifi the bluetooth will be disabled. I disabled the builtin wifi and used a TP-Link AC600 USB wifi adapter that's based on the RTL8811AU chipset. Instant blazing speed, completely reliable.

Windows is preinstalled! Good for most use common cases.
First, something that wasn't obvious to me at time of purchase (June 2025): Yes, this system comes with Windows 11 preinstalled! I bought the 32GB/512GB/7430U configuration. Note this is a DDR4-based system, which is becoming obsolete and is slower than the more common DDR5. Quite happy so far. As per other reviews, the Wifi card is not compatible with Linux and I installed a WiFi 6E AX210 NGW Wireless Card for $21 without issue. Disassembly was straightforward. Interesting to find two NVMe SSD slots: one SATA (which they populated, likely for cost reasons) and one PCIe NVMe. SATA is slower, but gives acceptable levels of performance for the casual user this system is targeted for. Installation of Ubuntu 24.04 Desktop was typical - no surprises - on my own NVMe SSD (removed the stock SATA one just to be sure I wouldn't hurt it). Wired networking worked fine. All USB ports tested and working well. RAM tested perfectly with MemTest86+. Of course, the upgraded Wifi card worked great and as expected, works well in Windows 11 too. So while this system hasn't had a lot of hours put on it, it's quiet and performs well enough for the typical 60% browser, 30% Thunderbird, and 10% LibreOffice needs. The mother-in-law will be happy and surprised to replace the large desktop with this little box! Hoping reliability won't be an issue!

Stuck at BIOS. Not recommended
After a few days of using the computer, it seems that the computer is stuck at bios and unable to boot into windows. I have reached out to customer service and their solutions did not work. Then the support person asked me to return/replace from Amazon because it's within 30 days of purchase or check with local computer shop to get it fixed. The overall customer service experience is just not good. I used both phone and Whatsapp customer service. The service phone call was just not useful while Whatsapp customer service provided a link to a instructions to address the issue, but the instructions are very generalized and seems for computer from another company. Anyhow.

Stays cool and is power efficient.
Size: Ryzen 5 7530U 16GB +1TB
I was careful to pick the right mini-pc that would have decent everyday performance and good cooling. So far THIS computer has done great. I ran several handbrake encode tests and saw no throttling from overheating. Playback of media files all the way up to 4K x265 and AV1 works great. Occasionally I'll find a file where the bitrate is just too high but this is rare. For just a few dollars more I could have upgraded to a faster CPU and more ram but again my worry was too much heat. I found a good promo code on techbargains so I was able to score mine for $219. I tried having a strong fan blowing across the vents to see if I got a boost in fps during my encode tests but saw little difference. At this price point you are getting older generation laptop hardware but that doesn't mean it won't perform well provided you have at least 16GB of ram. Just to be safe I placed the box on a passive laptop cooler and bought an extended warranty. The PC is the size of a small paperback novel with good transfer speeds over USB 3.0 of around 300 MB/s using windows explorer. Running Teracopy slows transfers down greatly to 65 MB/s but you get the CRC check. I often back up my movies to HDD to watch later without adding wear and tear on my UB820. This little computer plays the files just fine. Costs the same as a Nvidia Shield but has way more functionality. Finally I have not had one problem with W11 Pro or any updates. Not a fan of some of the W11 changes so I installed classic shell.

Pretty good computer for the price
Size: 16+512GB/R2544
I use this for my garage shop to run Lightburn for a laser engraver and GRBL / Vectra for a CNC and so far (3 months) has performed well. It's small and light and easily mountable with tape behind the monitor (it did come with a small mounting bracket, but that configuration didn't work for my monitor). Also that bottom half is actually a harddrive expansion that can be removed to reduce it's footprint and slightly improve heat dissipation. Standard Win 11 OS build with minimal bloat installed aside from the normal Windows stuff, and runs fast enough for my needs. The only limit I have found is running Adobe Illustrator for complex designs can get sluggish, but is totally usable for minor design edits on the fly . I knew these limits when I bought it and for $200 it's definitely more capable than I thought it would be. So far it has been a great addition to the shop and capable to do the creative dirty work in a garage without breaking the bank.
