The media could not be loaded. I’ve had one of these rollers for over 10 years, and it became a must-have in my daily routine. Unfortunately, I lost mine during our last move. After a few months without it, my back pain crept back in and reminded me just how much I rely on it. I finally picked up a new one, and after only two days of using it again I feel brand new. The design is perfect—firm enough to really get into tight muscles but not so hard that it’s unbearable. The texture and ridges hit all the right spots, and it works wonders on my back, legs, and shoulders.
