It's a nice looking pot and it cooks evenly. Cleans easily. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the strainer portion sits very high. Had it sat inserted at least halfway into the pot would have been better.

I love these pots- I bought 3 in different three sizes. These pots are very well made (in America!) using Rivets and not just welded. They have a pour spout, measuring lines, a clear lid to see in, and heat proof handles and top which stay fairly cool. For the price and construction I’m so happy. This wasn't a terribly expensive pan, but it's loaded with features. Nice and heavy, so it heats evenly. The two different size straining holes in the lid are super handy. The steaming basket is big enough to steam a pound of veggies.

I like that the pan heats the contents very quickly and there is even heat distribution leading to quick cooking. However, the spout on both sides are pretty much not functional as the liquid spills everywhere when pouring out of the pan.
