**Great compact treadmill for home use!** My wife and I bought this treadmill for home use and we’ve been really happy with it. It was ready out of the box. I only had to extend the support arms and screw in the wheel knob screws to hold everything in place. To collapse it back down you just unscrew those. It also has two small wheels on the front to make it easy to tilt up and slide in and out from under a bed or sofa once it’s collapsed. It is not heavy and it is easy for me to move around, but it does feel sturdy. You do not operate this with a remote. It has a toggle on/off switch on the base next to the electric cord. The grounded cord is about 3 feet long so you will need a plug close by. It also has an emergency stop clip. The control panel is very easy to work and has built-in programs, various modes. The display on the screen offers, speed, time, distance, and calories. For the first use, I walked one hour at 3 mph (it goes up to 6 mph) and found it to be very quiet. I was watching TV while I was walking and it didn’t require me to turn my TV up. I am 70 yrs old, 5’5 and 160 lbs, with a 32 inch stride, and I found this to be very comfortable to use. The bar support height is not adjustable, but it was fine for me. It feels sturdy, but not to use to support a body, just to give basic balance. The tread distance is perfect for my stride and I appreciate the overall unit is compact. I also purchased a foldable mat to put underneath to protect my wood floor. Instructions state that thick carpet could impede proper ventilation of the motor, and a mat is recommended for that also. I’m very happy with the set-up, ease of use, stability, fit for my space, and operation speeds of this treadmill.

Opening the box containing my treadmill I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient & skillful packaging. Everything arrived well protected, even the tools, knobs, oil, were enclosed in plastic in one packet, avoiding missing pieces. Why do I mention good packaging? Most items found BOA (broken on arrival) stem due to shoddy packaging. Clearly this manufacturer shows pride in their products & aims for customer satisfaction from the beginning. Instructions were clear and to the point. Actually it was just laying the treadmill flat, inserting the knobs, installing the safety device - plug it in & go! A couple of screws required tightening (normal under the circumstances) with the thoughtfully provided tools. To store/fold the treadmill, all 4 knobs need to be unscrewed which is quick & easy. I’m in my 70’s and gained a lot of weight due to a persistent worsening back injury which made moving (walking, sitting, standing, bending) very painful. After treatments moving is somewhat better but I need an easy way to start walking any time I’m able to as well as being able to stop when the pain returns without lengthy return trips. Arms on both sides definitely provide support keeping me steady, feeling safe. The variety of settings is mind boggling; frankly I haven’t checked them all out. Time, steps taken, distance walked, average calories used, show a clear picture of success. Since running is not on my “to do” list in the future, I can’t review on it. A ledge is provided for the dashboard to place a phone or Kindle to watch programs or read. For me this treadmill is perfect: size, storage ability, speed & speed adjustments, safety features. In the last couple of weeks I’ve slightly increased my walking-time and getting a wonderful serotonin boost from the exercise. A treadmill for young & old, able-bodied or handy-capped! I'm really happy with this treadmill. It arrived well packaged, and the setup was much easier than I expected. The instructions were straightforward, and everything was ready to use in a short amount of time. I was looking for something compact that wouldn't take up too much space, and this fits perfectly. The foldable design makes it easy to store when I'm not using it. The treadmill runs smoothly and is much quieter than I expected, so I can use it without disturbing others in the house. I also like having the handlebar for extra stability, especially during longer walks. Even though it's lightweight and easy to move, it feels sturdy and well built. Overall, this is an excellent treadmill for anyone who wants to stay active at home without spending a fortune. This walking pad was delivered yesterday and has already gotten quite a bit of use! Setup was incredibly quick—about 5 minutes, if that. What I love: ✔️No remote to lose: Everything is right there. ✔️Safety first: I tested the safety clip, and trust me, it definitely stops the machine instantly. ✔️Smooth & Quiet: It runs beautifully and doesn't take up much space. ✔️I love that this goes up to 6.2mph so it allows for a nice jog. A lot of walking pads are 3.8mph. Also it increases 2mph with each press of the + or you can hold the + and it increases faster. Things to note: ✔️No Incline: It looks like it might incline based on the display layout of the 12 pre-programmed modes, but it is strictly flat. ✔️Speed Segments: The programs consist of 10 equal segments of changing speeds. It gives a helpful beep right before the speed changes, which is a great touch. If you’re looking for something compact, quiet, easy to fold, smooth, and budget-friendly, this is a fantastic choice!

I was really happy with this purchase. This is exactly what I was looking for. It was affordable and fit perfectly in the space I had for it, living in an apartment with limited space. It was super easy to set-up and lightweight. It is also foldable to store when not using. It is pretty quiet which is nice so it would not disturb my neighbors. It is also perfect to get your steps indoors when the weather does not permit for you to get outside, especially during the hot summers we have in Texas. I will definitely recommend to others looking for a similar product.
