    • Don't waste your money. Terrible company!

I cant take a pic because I couldnt put the bed together all the way. The bed had a defective part. One of the screw holes was not threaded. I immediately reached out to the manufacturer to replace the defective part, and the games began. First, they wanted me to take pics, which I finally found an angle that would capture the lack of threads. Then they tried to tell me I had to wait 3 weeks while the part was manufactured. I called them out on it because they still had news for sale so I asked them to pull on from the box and send it. Then they wanted to mail an entire new king size bed, just for 1 part, to which I said no. (That is insane they want to spend $80 for shipping, for a part that weights under 5Lbs.) I told them if they didn't get it resolved, I would take matter into my own hands, which I have, since they are not willing to send me the new part. Don't waste your money with this company, they have poor quality control and ever worse customer service! ... show more
