    • I don't even run, I just walk on incline and it's great
I'm not a runner, never have been. I bought this for incline walking because I heard it's great for cardio without wrecking your knees. Best decision. I crank the incline up to 12-15, walk at 3-4 mph, and sweat like crazy in 30 minutes. Way more of a workout than I expected. The motor handles the steep incline no problem, doesn't strain or make weird noises. Handrails are solid to hold onto when it gets steep. Have had this treadmill for a while now and wanted to really test it out before reviewing. I use this treadmill everyday and I can’t fault it. I love it! It’s the best piece of equipment in my gym. If you’re looking for a more gym type treadmill then this is definitely a great choice as the build quality is sturdy and solid. You can have it stored upright to limit space but tbh I don’t bother and leave it down. The one thing I would say, if your limited on space then I’m not sure this would be for you as it does take up a bit of space but as it’s in my home gym it’s perfect. It has a clear and readable monitor that gives you incline, speed, calories burned and heart rate info which is useful. Also comes with a safety cord so it will stop the treadmill if it’s pulled preventing any injuries. It can take the pounding of a run on the flat or incline modes, fast walking, slow walk and the different speed settings and incline settings make it a real workout. The options are there to suit all and it’s easy to use. It takes my weight well at 60kgs it doesn’t rattle or wobble whilst working out and no problems.Think its price point is good and affordable and worth the money. On the whole this is a great piece of kit for anyone looking for a more professional type treadmill and its options . Very happy with it overall. ... show more
