The food tastes so much better - everything comes out juicier and more flavorful, and I couldn’t believe the difference compared to my old cookware. They heat up super fast and evenly, which makes cooking a lot easier. I also love that the sizes are perfect - exactly what I needed for everyday meals and meal prep recipes. The only small thing that disappointed me was that the lids don’t fit the pans, but it’s not a big deal at all. Overall, this is hands-down the best pot and pan set I’ve ever owned. I was originally considering a few top brands like All-Clad and other competitors, but those were all way pricier. I am very pleased with these pans. I have been a home cook for 25 years and have seen a few pots and pans in my day. :) These are extremely high quality. I appreciate that they are oven-safe. They cook evenly, are a nice heavy weight, and best of all, the handles (on both the lids and the pots) do not get hot. Even with a stockpot in which potatoes have been boiling for 45 minutes is tolerable to my hands. I am seeing made in Brazil engraved on my set, not China, which is the main reason I bought these. I did a lot of research on tri-ply clad cookware and this brand was highly rated by a lot of people. The pans feel solid and retain heat very well once brought up to temperature. Be careful and don’t set the stove to high heat as they might warp. So far, I love them. Do some research online how to cook properly with clad pans and it becomes second nature. ... show more

Ordered almost two years ago. Had to buy induction ready cookware for new induction stove. Had great review on America Test Kitchens. I am absolutely satisfied with these pans. They work outstanding on our induction stove and sure they would work just as well on conventional electric or gas. They heat evenly and are easy to care for. So enjoyable using that I find myself cooking more than I used to. I have always cooked a lot but now cook even more. I replaced a set of Calphalon tri ply pans we have had for years that were not induction ready. The Tramontina pans work as well or better than the Calphalon pans. I have more than this set. If you are questioning whether or not to do it, you def should! This is my first stainless steal set and it is amazing! They are non toxic which is what I was looking for. First, I want to start by saying this is a beautiful set. I have an induction cook top and these are perfect for it. They heat up very quickly and I only have to put it on medium heat. They are dishwasher safe and oven safe. All of them had matching lids. They are easy to clean. These are very heavy duty and weigh a bit more than normal pots. ... show more

So far, I am loving them, with minor exceptions. PROS: 1-They heat much more quickly and evenly than my last set which only had the 'puck' on the bottom instead of true three-ply throughout. 2-The handles are comfortable and the pans do not 'roll' in your hand. 3-The finish is beautiful. 4-They have the look and feel of quality. Cons - here are the deficiencies I have encountered so far: 1 - Unlike my last set where one of the saucepan lids fit each of the frying pans, none of the lids fit the 10" Fry Pan. 2 - That's it, I am waiting to discover a #2 for the Cons list. ... show more

Great set! The stainless steel seems thick. Lids are a little thinner material but still good. Looks nice and perfect sizes. So far the scratch resistance has done well….make sure to follow cleaning rules. The pans are a little sticky but nothing terribly.
