Super even heat all the way out to the edges!
Style: Irontop 4 Burner
I've previously owned Blackstone griddles and they're OK for the price. But I really really like this griddle. The griddle itself seems to have a more even heat on it through the entire temperature range. And seasoning it was relatively quick. I like the location of the drip Pan it's easy to access and the lid is awesome. I would just Heidi recommending getting a good cover so that it will last as long as possible.

Large and in charge
Style: Irontop 4 Burner
Assembly was fairly straight foward and I was able to complete it by myself in about 90 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don't use paper towels like the manual says when doing the 5 seasoning coats the grill surface is rough enough you will get little paper fibers everywhere. Use the blue disposable shop towels (still wipe dont scrub) or lint free 100% cotton fabric. The grill looks and works great. I have used this for meal prep and cooked 1 lb of bacon, 1 lb sausage, 5 lbs cubed potatoes and 15 eggs in under 60 min.
