This grill actually surprised me a lot, it works better than I expected. Assembly wasn’t too hard, I was able to put it together by myself, and it feels pretty solid, not cheap or flimsy. What I like the most is the design with the grill on one side and the griddle on the other, it’s really convenient to cook different things at the same time. I made steak, shrimp, sausages, and bacon-wrapped veggies all at once and it handled everything easily. The heat is strong, heats up fast, and cooks evenly, no weird hot or cold spots. The griddle side is also super useful, great for eggs, bacon, or anything that might fall through the grates. It also has plenty of space, good for having friends over or family BBQ. I even tried oysters and they opened up in just a few minutes. Overall I think it’s a great value for the price, definitely worth considering if you want a versatile grill without spending too much

After checking over local Home Depot, Costco, Sam’s Club, we decided to buy this one. We love this propane and charcoal hybrid grill so far. It allows for both smoking and grilling simultaneously, giving me more options. # 1 grill + griddle in one → great for family cooking( exactly what l need) # 2 Large cooking area → good when cooking for multiple people( family of six) -Great for everyday food -Eggs, pancakes (for your 2-year-old 👍) -Fried rice, noodles -Burgers, simple meats For daily backyard use, it’s very practical. There's also a side grill for simple cooking. The entire grill assembly was relatively easy; the instructions were clear, and it only took me about an hour. The storage cabinet is sturdy and spacious enough to hold gas canisters, grilling utensils, and seasonings. It heat so fast, and l got my chicken breasts ready in short time. We made fajita❤️. And l like it easy to move around.

The heating is even, and it gets up to temperature quickly. The build feels solid and reliable, and the design is straightforward to use. I am seriously impressed with this combo grill. From box to grilling took right around two hours total—about an hour and a half to assemble and another 30 minutes to season. The instructions were exceptionally well done: clear steps, well-numbered parts, and great visuals made the process straightforward. This grill is solidly built, with sturdy metal legs and crossbars that feel like they’re made to last. The wheels make it easy to move around without feeling flimsy or unstable. I also love the side tables—very sturdy—and one even includes a built-in cutting board with a rubber trash bin underneath, which makes prepping vegetables while grilling incredibly convenient. Overall, this is an excellent purchase and a well-designed, high-quality grill. I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. *********BEWARE******* This is the letter I sent to the company after an accident I had with this grill: “I must convey a grave concern: I do not seek a replacement part merely for the sake of it. I will not use this grill ever again after the harrowing experience I endured during my last attempt. The issue with this grill extends beyond mere oxidation. The core problem appears to be a defect in design or construction, causing hazardous conditions even with ordinary use. A simple piece of meat ignited the flames, suggesting the meat-rest component sits far too close to the flame. During the most recent barbecue, I prepared sirloin cap, and the ignition of the fire was astronomical—uncontrolled. Within moments of adding the meat, a vast amount of black smoke erupted from the device. I was frightened and opened the compartment to check the meat; the fire surged toward my face and arms. Although I attempted to close the lid, the flames remained ferocious, escaping the grill even when the appliance was closed. It was nearly capable of setting the gazebo alight, and I could not remove the grill because it was too heavy and remained locked in place. I immediately called for help, and my husband assisted in moving the grill away from the gazebo and the house. The financial loss was severe: the device was rendered completely unusable, and the rust evident in the accompanying photos is a consequence of that disastrous incident. My face, arms, and hair were partially scorched, and I did not document the event at the time due to fear. I have been barbecuing since 2004 and consider myself experienced. If this issue cannot be resolved through a proper replacement or safe remediation, I will have no choice but to submit a formal report to Amazon and the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. I am an Amazon member since 2004—22 years—and expect satisfactory resolution commensurate with the severity of this incident. Please advise how you will address this matter promptly. I am not asking for any compensation for the horrible experience delivered using your product, but merely the reimbursement and the authorization to send the piece back, which is the minimal after what I suffered. I appreciate your urgent attention to my safety and to preventing a recurrence of such dangerous conditions. I am sure I am not the first costumer who complained about the issue. Thank you for your message and for your consideration of this serious safety concern. Sincerely, So far, no help from the company!
