I ordered this hybrid propane and charcoal grill just in time for the 4th of July, and it absolutely made the holiday. I’ve used many grills over the years, but this one with charcoal option is just amazing. The grill showed couple of weeks before the 4th, but I waited the last minute to assemble. I’m not a handy person so the set up was a bit tricky for me. The manual was clear enough but it still took me at least 3 hours to put everything together. It’s mostly a one person job but need some extra hand to lift things up as it pretty heavy due to its decent build quality with sturdy frame and solid materials. The overall installation is straight forward, got the propane up and running in the first attempt! The first bbq went very smoothly, a nice feature having the thermometer for preheating. Thanks to the grill, our 7/4 party was a success. Having the flexibility with charcoal is a huge bonus. Its unique flavor is perfect for some Chinese style bbq that I missed so much!! Wish the fire up can have propene assistant but usually that’s from a more expensive grill so I don’t blame it. A fair warning that cleanup on the charcoal side isn’t as easy as the propene sides, so I probably won’t use it too frequently. But honestly, for what this grill gives you in versatility and performance, it’s a small trade-off.

The dual-fuel grilling method is excellent and it is one of the relatively high-quality dual-fuel grills on the market. I was looking for a good gas grill for my backyard and when I received the goods I knew my decision was totally right. The installation instructions are very detailed. My wife and I completed the installation after about an hour. As long as we follow the steps, it is not too difficult. The quality of the grill net is very good and every place is heated very quickly. A lot of meat and vegetables can be roasted at one time, enough for me to roast at a party, and my friends must have loved it. I would recommend it to my friends if they need it. It's amazing. The pull-out oil collection tray and ash collection box are very easy to disassemble and clean, and the design is excellent

I really enjoy grilling with this new grill. This grill comes with elegant looking (ceramic coating) and quality interior(very thick bars and thick steel board). It heats evenly and great size for family of four. The design make it easier to clean and with that says it is convenient to use than charcoal grill (save the time to light the charcoal and cleaning up the burnt residue). Very handy for a quick grill of burgers, hot dog and sausages. It takes a bit time to put it together, but worth the time. Come with the side burner which makes it easier to get the whole meal ready at the same time.

I'm really enjoying the two options. When I'm short on time or simply grilling weeknight burgers, the gas side with 3 stainless burners heats up in seconds – so convenient. But when I want that authentic smoky taste for ribs or chicken over the weekend, the charcoal side can't be beat. Having them independently controlled makes all the difference. The grates are indeed heavy-duty and nonstick, as promised.Cleaning is so much easier than my last grill. The full-size slide-out grease tray on the gas side catches everything, and the slide-out ash tray on the charcoal side makes emptying mess-free. The angle on the grease tray to drip into the box actually works! The whole unit is sturdy and can hold a ton of food. Seriously impressed for the price.
