I bought this grill after my old one stopped working properly right before our BBQ, and I’m so glad I decided to replace it with this one. What really sold me was the versatility. Having a gas grill, charcoal grill, and flat-top griddle all in one unit is incredibly convenient. Whether I’m grilling burgers, smoking with charcoal, or making breakfast on the griddle, this grill does it all. So far, I’m extremely happy with its performance. It heats up quickly, the flames are strong and evenly distributed, and the temperature is easy to control for consistent cooking. The cooking area is spacious enough for family gatherings, and the side shelves provide plenty of room for food prep and serving. Cleanup is easy, The overall build quality feels ok, making it an excellent value for the price. The only downside is that assembly was a bit challenging to do by myself, so having a second person would make the process much easier. Overall, this is an outstanding grill that’s well-built, versatile, and perfect for weekend BBQs or family cookouts. As I've gotten older, I've kinda dropped the whole "I'll never buy a gas grill" mentality, because it's so convenient to be able to fire up a gas grill if I wanted to cook something quickly. With this grill, you really get two different grills - a gas grill on one side and a charcoal grill on the other side. On to my thoughts over it... ASSEMBLY: Putting the grill together wasn't easy, but was pretty straightforward. It does take two people because at one point, you have to lift the "top" of it and place it on the frame - and that part is heavily and difficult to set it in correctly. The only other difficult part was whenever you run the gas line on from the front to the side burner, the gas line is honestly too long and makes it difficult connecting it. The rest of the assembly was easy. PROS: * You get two grills in one. Feel like grilling a couple steaks, then just use the charcoal side. Wanna throw some burgers on the grill at the last minute - turn on the gas side and you don't have to wait for charcoal to get ready. * The gas burners light on the first time every time. The side burner - if it doesn't line, take a look at the gas line that runs to it and make sure it's "straight" and not going at an angle. If it's an angle, work on making it straight, and that'll get it to light up. * It's a really beautiful looking grill. We'll see how long that look holds up. * The storage underneath is adequate in size to hold your gas tank, some charcoal, a charcoal chimney, and a few other items. * The charcoal side seems to hold temperature fairly well and has plenty of vents for helping to control temperature. * The grates are easy to clean. I've been using a steam brush. CONS: * While you get, essentially, two different grills - you get two small grills. You're not gonna be able to toss a slab of ribs on either side without having to cut it up first. The gas side is very small and I don't see how you'd cook more than two steaks at once on it. * The knobs on the gas side are in a weird order, because it goes in this order: Left burner, Middle burner, Side burner, Right burner. It makes no sense to not have the knob that controls the side burner all the way to the right. I imagine I'll eventually turn on that side burner with the top of the side burner flipped over one of these days. Might need to put a stick on that knob just as a reminder not to do that. * The resting rack on each side is an odd design and a pain to clean. * Storage area underneath isn't fully enclosed all the way. So, this can be a "pro" and a "con". The "pro" aspect is you can reach around the side to open your gas tank. The "con" is that it's not fully enclosed so it's open to the elements and you need to make sure you keep a cover on it when not in use (which, I'd hope you'd do even if it were fully enclosed). SUMMARY: Overall, I'm really happy with the grill. I've used both sides and have cooked chicken, burgers, and steaks on it. I haven't had any issues with it other than a red arrow sticker coming off of a knob (the company sent me a new knob for free). I haven't had to use both sides at the same time yet but could easily see that if I wanted to do tuna steaks on the charcoal side for adults and throw some dogs or burgers on the gas side for kids. ... show more

I’ve been using this grill for about a week, and it has been a great addition to our backyard. We used it last weekend for a family barbecue, and it worked really well. I like having the option to use propane or charcoal depending on what we’re cooking, and there is plenty of cooking space for burgers, steaks, and vegetables while everything cooks evenly. The side burner is also very useful for heating sauces or preparing other food while grilling. I assembled it together with my son, and it was a fun little project for us. The assembly took some time, but the instructions were clear and all the parts fit together well. I love this propane and charcoal hybrid grill. It allows for both smoking and grilling simultaneously, giving me more options. The height control of the charcoal pan effectively regulates the temperature, and the ash collection and oil tray design should make cleaning easy. There's also a side grill for simple cooking. The entire grill assembly was relatively easy; the instructions were clear, and it only took me about an hour and a half. It’s definitely one of the higher-quality gas and charcoal grills available on the market right now, giving you great versatility for any backyard BBQ. I was initially a bit intimidated by the size, but the installation instructions are very detailed. If you grab a second person to help and carefully follow the steps, the whole assembly process is actually very straightforward. My favorite part, though, is the design for maintenance. The removable oil collection tray and ash box are incredibly well thought out, making disassembly and cleanup an absolute breeze after a long cookout. i’m giving this a two because it looks really nice and it has charcoal and gas. Otherwise, I would give her a one star or a no star. The gas burner to the grill. Racks are so close together that it constantly just is a huge fire inside and burns all of your food and would not recommend that you buy this grill. Again, it looks amazing, but you’ll be very disappointed and have a lot of burnt food. I have never seen a fire so big and a grill and everything comes out burnt. ... show more

I’m really happy with this grill so far. The dual-fuel design is a huge plus and feels much more versatile than other grills I’ve used before. It’s also built with solid quality and performs great for both quick weeknight grilling and longer BBQ sessions. Another thing I appreciate is the thoughtful design. The pull-out grease tray and ash catcher are super easy to remove and clean, which saves a lot of time after cooking. On top of that, the customer service team was very friendly and professional.
