Pricey $800 but well worth it. It took me alone less than an hour to unbox and assemble my only complaint are the screws strip easy so just use a screwdriver. The screws are shallow so it's quick and easy. The cleanup is CAKE on this ceramic top and far superior to my previous $500 griddle and a lot better built with cool features. I season mine with a crisbee stik and use nylon spatulas to keep from scratching the ceramic which has been extremely durable. I hope you make the investment this griddle will outlast any other I've seen or owned. ... show more

Not at all what I expected…. This griddle is beyond expectations. I think it was important that I read other reviews before purchasing. Important to know this is a non-stick ceramic surface so care is different than other griddles. That said, there was an issue with one of the lights not working, but considering it shipped half way across the country, I get it. The assembly was easy, instructions were very clear, and cooking on this beautiful griddle is easy and fun!! ... show more

This is a spectacular device. Took 2 hours for 2 of us to assemble not too bad, instructions called for pieces by number but only 2 parts had numbers but from the pictures u could figure it out. Only two pieces had to be squeezed in to fit but in the end everything was perfect. The price was great considering u didn’t have to pay for shipping. However the Amazon site was misleading, it allowed u to schedule delivery on Saturday but their carrier doesn’t deliver on the weekends and also claimed it would be assembled but of course it wasn’t but in the long run still a great deal! ... show more

Do not buy this product. After only about 5 uses the cook top is flaking and peeling. It is defective and not safe for food consumption. The company will not offer refunds. Instead they promise replacement parts which are on back order from China. I spent over $800 on this grill. The company will not help, they continue to say the parts are on the way, and the insurance company will not refund the money until we try working with the manufacturer first, so we are caught in this vicious cycle. Save yourself this time and aggravation. Buy another grill, literally any other grill. Amazon, please stop selling these to people, they are unsafe! ... show more

It was easy to assemble by myself. Took about two hours. Amazon delivered it straight to my room of choice, which was the garage. It was too heavy to lift by myself, so I unpacked it in place and once assembled rolled it where I wanted it. First time cooking on it went well, but I need to practice more. The non-stick surface is great and reduces how much oil you need to use. Plenty of heat to work with. Notice it does not come with the tank, so plan ahead if you want to use it right away. The cart and drawer played a big part in choosing this model. Sounds petty, but there are a lot of tools and accessories to store with it. ... show more

This is a great griddle except for the kind of cheap-y base. Easy to clean. One of the burners is hard to light, we figured out that you have to turn it to "low" to get it to light for some reason. But this is wonderful for : breakfast, fajitas, carne asada - you name it. It also does a decent job with steak, although no grill marks. A little pricey but we are pleased overall. ... show more

    • Expensive junk
Bought this grill the end of May, the right panel and base were damaged. I called the company three times to get replacement parts, even sent pictures of the damage. They could not send the base, they said they didn’t have it in stock, the right panel came the middle of July. Mind you the grill was sitting all over my porch waiting for the parts so I could assemble it, the right panel they sent was damaged worse than the original one, so I just used the original one after straightening it the best I could. After assembling it, which wasn’t too bad, I peeled the sticker off the grill top and some of the paint came off with the sticker. I will be calling the company again. Would not recommend this to any body. ... show more
