My son wanted the Tuttio Soleil 01 so badly, and it completely lived up to the hype. He has loved it since the moment he got it. This is an upgrade from a bike we bought about six months ago, and the difference in quality is immediately noticeable. Assembly was easy and very straightforward. Everything lined up well, instructions were clear, and it felt solid from the start. Once assembled, you can really feel the durability and build quality. Having both bikes side by side makes it obvious that this one is on a completely different level. Stronger frame, better components, and overall a much more premium feel. If you are considering this as an upgrade, it is absolutely worth it. My son is thrilled, and that alone makes it a five-star purchase.

Updated review- Judy with Tuttio began communicating regularly to try and get the bike working. It did take 25 days to get 3 parts to replace, about 10 days each time from emailing, shipping and then replacing on the bike. It ended up being the main wiring harness. Elijah was able to call me and reassure me on the last set of parts that they would work to try everything and replace the bike if necessary. It made me feel much better speaking to a live agent in receiving his reassurance. They were very apologetic because after all the reviews I have read I do not think this is a common issue to have with these bikes. Tuttio has offered to cover some of the expenses from using a mechanic to switch out the parts since I do not have the knowledge or ability to do so. I appreciate their help, even though it was unfortunate it did take so long and my kid had to go without his bike, he still loves this bike and we had a happy ending! I do appreciate this company standing by their products and sending replacement parts. The bike stopped working after two weeks, customer service takes at least 24 to 48 hours via email only to troubleshoot. They will send parts for they think the problem is then it’s still doesn’t work and then they’re confident it’s another problem and want to send more parts and then it still doesn’t work. If you want to return it, they want you to repack it and prepare it to send it back for them. There is zero accountability with the company for a defective bike. Zero live troubleshooting to get to the problem quickly. Very disappointing when this was a kid’s Christmas present and he can’t use it and I have wasted thousands of dollars and time. I’m not a mechanic. I can’t be switching out parts on an E bike for weeks. Be aware of this they don’t care and it is a crappy bike.

We bought our daughter the GB model for 2025 Christmas. She used to ride a Razor but what a massive upgrade in every way this Tuttio was! Build quality felt solid right out of the box and I waited a while to leave a review to make sure it held up and that I was satisfied with it — I’m happy to report the build quality is excellent, the bike is plenty fast, the hydraulic brakes are excellent — I can’t fault the bike at all. I purchased a Bluetooth dongle separately so that I could slow down the bike to 20mph at its fastest setting with my phone as I felt it was a bit too fast for her and this way I can slowly increase the speed as her riding skill improves. Nothing is perfect though and there is a little bit of room for improvement here too, for example to charge the battery you have to either remove it from the bike first or blindly try to open it’s protective flap and plug it in by feel, both require you to remove the seat first. A simple plug on the outside would be a welcome addition. I also wish there was a built-in headlight and brake light, or at least pre-wiring to add them as an accessory. Note: They do offer a rechargeable battery-powered headlight (no taillight tho), but i would rather it be powered off the 48v battery that’s already in the bike so I’m not having to keep up with multiple battery powered devices. Those are pretty bit-picky and I can’t emphasize enough how good this bike is overall. In summary, I researched several other bikes before buying the Tuttio and this seams to be the best bang for the buck. Replacement parts are readily available and aftermarket accessories abound for the Soleil01 we are all extremely happy!
