We bought our daughter the GB model for 2025 Christmas. She used to ride a Razor but what a massive upgrade in every way this Tuttio was! Build quality felt solid right out of the box and I waited a while to leave a review to make sure it held up and that I was satisfied with it — I’m happy to report the build quality is excellent, the bike is plenty fast, the hydraulic brakes are excellent — I can’t fault the bike at all. I purchased a Bluetooth dongle separately so that I could slow down the bike to 20mph at its fastest setting with my phone as I felt it was a bit too fast for her and this way I can slowly increase the speed as her riding skill improves. Nothing is perfect though and there is a little bit of room for improvement here too, for example to charge the battery you have to either remove it from the bike first or blindly try to open it’s protective flap and plug it in by feel, both require you to remove the seat first. A simple plug on the outside would be a welcome addition. I also wish there was a built-in headlight and brake light, or at least pre-wiring to add them as an accessory. Note: They do offer a rechargeable battery-powered headlight (no taillight tho), but i would rather it be powered off the 48v battery that’s already in the bike so I’m not having to keep up with multiple battery powered devices. Those are pretty bit-picky and I can’t emphasize enough how good this bike is overall. In summary, I researched several other bikes before buying the Tuttio and this seams to be the best bang for the buck. Replacement parts are readily available and aftermarket accessories abound for the Soleil01 we are all extremely happy!

I would like to start by expressing our gratitude to Tuttio and their service team members who were great and responsive throughout the entire time we have now been using the dirt bike. We bought the Christmas edition e-dirtbike as a Christmas present for my 13 years old son. It arrived earlier than the estimated time. He was able to put it together easily by watching the online setup video. The back wheel, which comes already pre installed was wobbly out of the box. Tuttio was extremely understanding and shipped out a new back wheel for free, right away. My son has enjoyed this dirt bike so much and he often rode it at his model rocket launches, where he would go recover his competition rockets. It really helped their team practices by cutting down the recovery time. As a parent, I like the fact that the e-dirt bike is not too heavy and my son can easily load it up and secure it on the carrier on his own. After a few more rides, my son got his first crash by running into a cement edge and this has damaged the rim of his front wheel. Luckily, the safety gear did its job and my son did not get hurt. Again, Tuttio has been amazing and offered to send us a brand new replacement front wheel for free! We’re so grateful for their support and we’re so happy we’ve purchased a Tuttio as a very first dirtbike for my son. The joy of riding it is priceless and Tuttio offers complete support with any issues along the way.

Great bike, we purchased from amazon and arrived quickly took about 2 hours to assemble. i had to contact customer service for apart a couple months later and they took care of it quickly. The bike is really fast and my kids love it.

Our son was 11 last year when he overwhelmed us with requests for a Tuttio e-bike as a combination Christmas and birthday present. It was a big-ticket purchase for us. His Mom and I had some worries about his safety on a real motorized vehicle like the Tuttio, and after a lot of safety education we went ahead and bought it. I was surprised that I had to put the front wheel and handlebars on the bike, because I expected it to be fully assembled. It was easy, the directions were clear, and Tuttio supplies lots of video tutorials for everything, which were much more helpful than a text-based manual would have been. Later, as our son watched the never ending stream of e-bike videos on YouTube, we saw that the competitive bikes were shipped almost completely disassembled and required many hours more work than the Tuttio did to be ready to ride. Live and learn! I'm grateful that the Soleil 01 comes as fully assembled as it does. Our son took to this bike very rapidly. He rides the Tuttio almost every single day after school and on weekends. It's beautiful to look at, and he is so proud of it. This bike is a blessing to get him into having fun outdoors and off screens indoors. And while it was an expensive purchase for us, it has proved to be well worth it. Our boy is growing up on this bike, improving his skills and confidence while showing increasing responsibility. This now 12 year old is, to our surprise, a really rough rider! He seeks out jumps in the local fields, which isn;t easy to do in flat southeast Texas, but he has found some good ones. And doing that he has banged up the bike a bit, to the point where he broke some parts. Realistically, the bike is strong and durable but not totally abuse-proof. Here's where we feel real good about buying a Tuttio: the support! When our boy bent or broke parts by running into trees or rocks, we contacted Tuttio Amazon Suport and they responded every time with understanding of the problem, fast free replacement parts, and instruction videos. Our kiddo recently got a 106 on a school test (they gave 6 bonus points for extra good work lol) and if I were grading Tuttio on bike fun and support quality I'd give them a 106 out of 100 too. The boy has used disallowance and money he earned to do upgrades from simple stickers to new grips and brake handles, not because anything was wrong, but because he's making the bike more "custom" and more his. I'm glad so many parts and little upgrades are available for the Soleil 01. I give the ownership experience of bike an A+.

Very good bike that is light and easy to use for an 11 year old. It is missing basic features like running lights and does have safety features like a parking mode. The rear suspension is not great for an adult, but its perfect for a kid. You could always upgrade it and there are a ton of aftermarket parts for this bike.

BE AWARE. My son was stopped by police and the bike was impounded. It is classified as a motorcycle and requires a driver license. It can be used for off road or on your property because it doesn’t have pedal assist and has high speed. Moreover, there are two things I don’t like about this bike. Watch the video 1. The spring under the seat is creaking (very loud and annoying sound). When I hear my son is riding the bike it sounds like something from a junkyard. 2. It is poorly engineered. The chain is rubbing the frame. It is not just another annoying noise but also its durability.
