Update after a year! The Tuttio Soleil01 has seen very heavy and rough usage. Street use and also heavy deep mud, track, and fields too. He beat the heck out of it! We needed support: how do we adjust the chain the most efficient way? How do we replace a smashed throttle? And more.. Each time, Tuttio Sport came back to us fast, with simple, clear easy-to-follow video instructions. Even better, in EACH case they shipped us any parts we needed, without our asking. They knew what we needed, sent an email like "new throttle is on the way" I have to give a solid five starts for both the bike and the follow up support. Our son was 11 last year when he overwhelmed us with requests for a Tuttio e-bike as a combination Christmas and birthday present. It was a big-ticket purchase for us. His Mom and I had some worries about his safety on a real motorized vehicle like the Tuttio, and after a lot of safety education we went ahead and bought it. I was surprised that I had to put the front wheel and handlebars on the bike, because I expected it to be fully assembled. It was easy, the directions were clear, and Tuttio supplies lots of video tutorials for everything, which were much more helpful than a text-based manual would have been. Later, as our son watched the never ending stream of e-bike videos on YouTube, we saw that the competitive bikes were shipped almost completely disassembled and required many hours more work than the Tuttio did to be ready to ride. Live and learn! I'm grateful that the Soleil 01 comes as fully assembled as it does. Our son took to this bike very rapidly. He rides the Tuttio almost every single day after school and on weekends. It's beautiful to look at, and he is so proud of it. This bike is a blessing to get him into having fun outdoors and off screens indoors. And while it was an expensive purchase for us, it has proved to be well worth it. Our boy is growing up on this bike, improving his skills and confidence while showing increasing responsibility. This now 12 year old is, to our surprise, a really rough rider! He seeks out jumps in the local fields, which isn;t easy to do in flat southeast Texas, but he has found some good ones. And doing that he has banged up the bike a bit, to the point where he broke some parts. Realistically, the bike is strong and durable but not totally abuse-proof. Here's where we feel real good about buying a Tuttio: the support! When our boy bent or broke parts by running into trees or rocks, we contacted Tuttio Amazon Suport and they responded every time with understanding of the problem, fast free replacement parts, and instruction videos. Our kiddo recently got a 106 on a school test (they gave 6 bonus points for extra good work lol) and if I were grading Tuttio on bike fun and support quality I'd give them a 106 out of 100 too. The boy has used allowance and money he earned to do upgrades from simple stickers to new grips and brake handles, not because anything was wrong, but because he's making the bike more "custom" and more his. Durable enough for a 8 year old still going strong after 500 miles.

Easy to put together but will take a little time. Runs great haven't had any problems that weren't user error. It will haul me around at 200lbs and the kids love it. It's held up to multiple wipeouts and will still run 30mph with me on it. Battery lasts for a decent evening or riding. It's fast enough and plenty of power. ... show more

This bike is awesome. It really impresses me. Had a lil problem but the customer service rep from tuttio help me solve my issue. They were fast and efficient. Best Bang for your buck. Its fast and rides like a dream. 10/10 about to purchase my 4th one in a few weeks.

Tuttio doesn’t know how to fix their product

After just 6 months of riding the bike came up with an “EO8” error and will not move. We contacted Tuttio and were sent a part to fix it. We replaced the part and it didn’t fix the issue. They sent another part it didn’t fix the issue. We did this 5 times with 5 different parts. The bike has been down for 3 1/2 months. The 5th part was just shipped to us. I don’t recommend this bike because if you have an issue they have no idea how to fix it. ... show more

Fun but some issues

My son is enjoying his Tutio bike however the dail/knob thing that holds the seat on came off quickly and was lost so watch that when you are riding. Also the tires it comes with are very low quality (the innertubes) both punctured and have had to be replaced after just a few weeks of use riding on pavement, nothing rough. ... show more

My grandson loves this ebike. It has good speed and looks real nice. I would say it's a fair price. We had an issue with the rear tire but the customer service was excellent in helping out with it.
