Great product at a reasonable price! however, it will save a lot of effort if assembly instructions are better written. Also, carton and packaging are not designed to protect the product. with the overall product weight, a hand truck is definitely required to handle the product, but it is not designed to allow such handling causing the bottom of carton to arrive damaged. fortunately, the grill itself is still in good condition.

The grill arrived disassembled, but it was very easy to put together—just required a bit of patience. It took me about an hour. Once assembled, it looks sleek and modern, especially with the propane tank hidden behind the front doors, which gives it a much cleaner look. It doesn't feel “premium” per se, but it definitely doesn't feel cheap either. For the price, it’s a great value—don’t expect a $1,000 BBQ, but do expect a fully functional and reliable one. All the burners worked perfectly right out of the box, except the side burner, which needed a minor adjustment. A quick tweak with a screwdriver fixed it easily. One feature I really love is the four wheels—makes it super easy to move around, unlike others that only have two and need to be lifted. My only real gripe is the drip tray being riveted in place—I removed the rivets so I could clean it easily. Not sure why they designed it that way, but it’s a quick fix. Overall, I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend this BBQ if you want something affordable, functional, and good-looking.

I like this gas grill! It's convenient to cook BBQ on this grill. There is also a separate stove on the right side which is a plus that can cook another food while using the grills. The assembly process is not too easy. These came in two different packages and we're delivered on different days. You have to wait till both packages are delivered. You just read the instruction carefully and follow the steps. It took me about two hours to put everything together....But after assembly, I'm so glad it works so well and I can make BBQ any time I want to! No messy smoke or charcoals....Really enjoyed this grill!

Looks very good, temperature controls are nice, automatic start ignites beautifully. My only dissatisfaction is I can’t get the temperature over 525 degrees. I’m not getting the char I want on steak.

This was a gift for my friend and she absolutely loves it! As soon as it arrived they had a barbecue and cooked alot of food on it! The delivery was perfect, the grill is beautiful and the capacity to grill alot at once was amazing! It was so easy to assemble! It was a great price!

CAUTION -- This grill is possibly the worst grill I have ever owned. Myself and a couple of friends have spent over 4 hours trying to assemble this piece of junk. When we first started this project a month or so ago we quickly noticed that many of the the construction nuts and bolts were missing. After numerous conversations on- line conversations with the manufacture they sent me another blister pack of screws and bolts. So we recently restarted the tedious construction project again. But to no ones surprise there are still missing parts so I cant even mount the doors. And I won't get started on the second rate quality of tall the outside walls and base. Truly second rate. Then there is the construction manual. I want to mention the crudely drawn pictures and the totally confusing written instructions. It has been totally mind bending to all who have tried to help. I have finally decided to junk this pieces of crap and take the $200.00 hit. Unless you have gobs free time and a desire to subject yourself to mental anguish stay away from this gas grill . A cheaply made rip off. Buy something else...possibly American made.

I love this grill! It’s not too big not too small. Just a right size which doesn’t use up my front porch. I have the Expert Grill 4 burner propane grill. The grill comes in a box so there is some assembly required. I put the grill together by myself in one hour and thirty minutes. The assembly was quick and easy. This is not a super heavy duty grill but is great for the average person and I think it will last for years. Easy start, cooked to perfection. Great product, great price and great meals! Highly recommend.
