I purchased this suspension for my John Deere X320 because I wanted a smoother ride while mowing several acres each week. I’m very glad I did. The suspension is extremely well built, easy to adjust, and once installed it completely changed the comfort of my tractor. I only wish I had bought it sooner. During installation I discovered my X320 needed the JD01A adapter. Once I found it, the adapter made it a direct bolt-up without making any modifications to my tractor. The ride difference has been remarkable. If you have a John Deere like mine, I hope this saves you the same surprise I experienced. The TracSeats suspension has been one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my mower, and I would absolutely buy it again.

I purchased this on Amazon Prime days at a great price. The installation was easy, all of the bolt patterns aligned perfectly on my Kubota ZG23. I used it for the first time this evening and what a massive improvement. I did learn that more "Firm" is appropriate for a heavier weighted person (195 lbs), otherwise more "Soft" results in bottoming out. I'm very pleased with this unit, it's definitely gonna be a plus for me. And, it raises me up a little to make it a better ride (for my 5'-9" height).

Easy install. The only issue i have with it is not much of float travel up and down. Maybe 2 inches. Still bottoms out some even adjusted properly. Overpriced really for what you get. We'll see how long it lasts.

Perfect fit for a 60" ExMark Laser Z. Once installed I tested it on my 9 acres of mowing. It's been dry so the ground was very dry and hard. It glided over areas where i use to have to slowly mow. Instructions were one page and no detail on how to install. First time I installed the appeared it would not fit. Was going to ship back but thought I would try doing a few things differently. Perfect fit second go around. Had to use spacers (Needed more than what was included) to allow the safety switch to clear. (On my mower, I had to remove the seat cushion and then the glide tracks). It does raise your seat about 2" but after mowing for 4 hours, it was easy to get use to the added height. Made very well and in the USA. would highly recommend. You still feel the bumps and ruts but your back doesn't take the brunt of the jarring. Better instructions would have been helpful but should only take 30 minutes to install.

Have had a 2018 Exmark Radius E-Series just over 500 hours. Didn't opt for the 500 dollar suspension seat upgrade and used it with the regular seat. I don't know how I put up with such a jarring ride this whole time. Installing the seat was very simple. It added about 4 ish inches of height to the seat with the spacers I added to the top and bottom. I needed about a 3/8 inch of spacers underneath the seat bottom to accommodate the seat safety switch. Then I relocated the sliding rails underneath the suspension assembly. Without some spacers on the bottom rails, the seat bottoms out just a bit to quick because my mower has a thick rubber floor-mat like piece underneath the seat that is about a 1/4 inch thick to most likely help isolate seat vibration. And since the bottom rails are mounted in slots cut out from the rubber piece, I needed to add spacers underneath my sliding rails. Added a 1/2 underneath it and it sat much higher than before. The seat sitting higher on my mower wasn't an issue though since you can buy it from the dealer with an exmark suspension seat. It sits right in line with pictures I've seen online from mowers equipped with it. Bought some metal plates from a hardware store and added about an inch of height to my steering levers since I'm 6'3. Even before the seat was raised 4 inches higher, I had trouble with the levers hitting my knees at their highest level anyways. Fit great underneath it with an addition inch of lever height though. Overall the ride quality has increased greatly. It'll smooth out most smaller bumps. In more bumpy ground you'll be going up and down quiet a bit and you might even bottom it out occasionally but it'll still feel a lot better than riding on a solid axle. If you are anything over 260 pounds I wouldn't recommend the seat though. I'm 255 pounds and I have to turn the seat up nearly as high as it goes for regular lawns and I turn the seat up as firm as possible for extremely rough lawns for more spring resistance. Still bottoms out at the highest setting on big bumps. Overall a much, much better and smoother ride than before. I have a 2012 Hustler Fastrak that I'm most likely gonna buy this platform for.

Fantastic! I mow 1.18 acres of bumpy lawn with a cub Cadet XT1 Ultima 42” and I tried all the recommendations to make the ride less painful. No luck. I hated to pay more $ to make this expensive machine rideable but all the reviews raved about the Trac Seat so I went for it. MONEY WELL SPENT! I watched a number of videos on the install, ordered a bunch of 1/4” rubber spacers for below and above the trac seat (3=3/4”) and longer bolts nuts. The videos were easier to follow than the written instructions. I used wire from a garage door opener install that was left over to extend the seat pressure switch. Took me about an hour and that was going very slow to make sure I didn’t mess up. The ride is 100% better. I still get bumped around, but the seat is so much more cushioned now. So worth the time and money. Highly recommended.

Like other reviewers, I found the printed installation instructions lacking in detail. The online videos helped but I still had to jiggle all the parts around to find the right combination. I have a 2013 Gravely ZT-44HD zero turn mower and all the bolt holes eventually lined up perfectly using the seat adjustment rails on the bottom. No drilling necessary. Just mount the suspension kit between the adjustment slide rails and the seat. It did need the 3/4 inch spacers to give clearance for the seat safety shut off switch. Rather than spend the $20 for the spacer kit I made the spacers from discs of 3/4 inch plywood. I had to purchase four 1-1/4" 5/16" bolts as the included 1 inch bolts were not quite long enough for the spacers. Also, I did have to splice in an extension for the seat safety switch wiring. 12 inches was plenty. Now to the important part... the ride. I was amazed at how this smoothed out the spine jarring bumps in my yard. Yes, I was skeptical of other reviews stating this but I found they were not exaggerating and now I'm a believer too. Nothing can eliminate the bumps in the yard but this suspension kit really makes a huge difference! The one downside to this kit is that you cannot move the seat as far to the rear as before. You sit a couple of inches forward than before with the seat moved fully back. I'm 6', have long legs and a bit of a belly. Reversing is not a problem though. One last item. If you have questions regarding the fit for your equipment, be sure to ask the seller. They gave me a quick response asking for one measurement and then gave me the exact item to order.
