They are carefully omitting the fact that this is not new hdd 1tb toshiba but refurbished (like new). The date of manufacturing is not visible on the picture but very visible on the device sticker i received. The hdd is for a security system where newer ssd are not required. Works fine.

I installed the hard drive and it worked for about 2 months and gave the same error as original hard drive. It will not read and write!! After months of dealing with Annke tech support, which is a joke in itself, they said my problem is the hard drive. Dealing with Toshiba was not helpful. I would not buy again. ... show more
