    • does not fit a true 20ft cover as noted
Purchased two of these thinking maybe the wrong one was sent but had the same issue. I have a 20ft wide solar cover that actually falls just a hair under 20ft and this cover does not fit entirely over it...it's a good 6-12" short. otherwise the quality and style of cover is pretty good.

I purchased my first pool cover a year ago for my new swimming pool. I did not know that you needed to cover the pool cover when not in use so the cover completely deteriorated and fell apart while wound up on the reel and exposed to the sun during the summer when I was not using it. So I ordered this cover hoping that the pool cover will last longer by being covered during the summer. The cover is made of the same type of nylon canvas fabric as all other outdoor covers are made out of. It has velcro closures which allow you to close up the cover around your wound up pool cover--you then use the straps to better secure the whole thing to keep it closed and water tight and to prevent it from opening in high winds. The whole thing works pretty well and I have high hopes that it will help the pool cover from falling apart again because I do not want to spend $200 every year to buy a new pool cover. ... show more
