Works great. Take a while for both the hot and cold sides to reach temperature, but once it does the cold is cold and the hot is very hot. Can be used without being plugged in as well if saving energy is your thing. Also not very large so fits nicely on a countertop or small space.

We bought this thinking it was going to be a great addition to our kitchen considering we live in a very small space. I noticed I was getting sick after drinking water specifically from the dispenser— we had cleaned it everytime we put in a new gallon in so I didn’t think it was because it was dirty- I got a very funny feeling and opened the dispenser like it was an orange.AND TO MY SURPRISE It was filled with mold. There is a compartment inside this machine where water just sits. You can press the water release button and noting will com out. On a side note- it does not cool or heat water like it said it would do. I just didn’t want to return it a first because I could live with its defects.

A lil easy to tip if not on a sturdy place other than that I love it, make water hot enough to cook roman noodles, (seal and cook style) I have to let it sit for a while to drink chicken broth so I assume hot chocolate, and instant coffee would be the same, however the cold water isn't really that cold but it works great keeps it well below room temp, but the warmer the room the warmer the water

works as designed, the light system is a little counter intuitive. The lights are off when the water is at the desired temperature. You have to turn on the cooling and heating elements manually, but you can leave them on if you like (which probably shortens the life of the product). For best cooling, turn off the heating element, and turn on the cooling one, then the water is cold enough. It's a very affordable option for people who can't afford to rent the big expensive water coolers.

The media could not be loaded. First off the product showed up being made of very cheap light plastic. I've purchased other water coolers that are plastic and much better made. The hot dispenses cold water and the cold water option doesn't even work. Absolutely nothing comes out, and when the cold water is toggled on the light doesn't show up. DO NOT PURCHASE this product.
