It’s not working properly, keep turning on and off by itself is smells like it’s gonna explode and I wanna know how to return. This is not working and I bought so many of those but one it’s not working properly. It’s not making the water cold or hot.

works as designed, the light system is a little counter intuitive. The lights are off when the water is at the desired temperature. You have to turn on the cooling and heating elements manually, but you can leave them on if you like (which probably shortens the life of the product). For best cooling, turn off the heating element, and turn on the cooling one, then the water is cold enough. It's a very affordable option for people who can't afford to rent the big expensive water coolers.

Motor is loud. Vibrates the whole countertop. Doesn't make water as cold as it should. Water catcher is poorly designed. I meant to return this item but forgot to do it before window closed. Honestly I'd pass on a countertop unit again

Photos of this water cooler are very deceiving. the entire thing is made of flimsy plastic. the "cooler" function of it isn't the best, I would say slightly colder than room temp. moral is spend a little extra and get a better quality one.
