    • Great customer service but there’s more…
I ordered these tires from Avid Cycles because the price was right (done my research). I’ve never ordered tires on line before, just thru the dealership that mounts them as well. Thought I’d take a chance. Turned out one tire was defective (deformed) and this wasn’t an Amazon Prime order so no free returns. Well a week away from 4th of July weekend, so time was an issue. I called Avid Cycles and explained their negligence, requesting they work with me with prepaid label. I expected a shut door but they really went above and beyond. I was sent a prepaid label; simultaneously they expedited the tire I needed to me which arrived before the 4th so worked out great! They hadn’t even received the other tire yet before shipping it. Super customer service!!! I gave it 4 stars because I believe the defective tire should’ve been caught before they shipped it out. Just sayin 😉 ... show more

    • Tires are junk
Have had these tires for 3 months and had problems with them. Have had 2 flats. One can not be repaired. The other tires were factory tires and had been on the Ranger since purchased in February of 2020. We expected to get more than 3 months use out of a set of tires.
