True to what it is supposed to do

Getting 2 at this price is great and they’re made of metal. Took 1 star off because both cones had small excess metal on the lower edges. I filed them off from both cones to ensure a balanced setup. Helpful Tips: Put a little oil on the tip of the pin, it makes the cone more responsive. If the blade hole is loose on the cone steps, happened to me. Take a small piece of paper and put it over the cone to make for a tighter / centered fit. If not the blade may / will shift more towards one side making in seem unbalanced. Hopefully this help's.

I've been using one of these for years and it works great. Just set the blade centered on the tool and if the blades tilts, then it is out of balance so grind some off that end and try again.
