The camera works flawlessly. About 1 month into using it, I went to replace the rechargeable battery and had issues with the camera not taking pictures. I called customer service and went to a couple different people, but they helped me. I performed the steps that they recommended and it worked perfectly again. I have it in a high traffic area with 300-400 pictures a day. I also purchased a solar battery for the camera and it does not want to stay connected. The indicator light said it was connected and fully charged but when the battery was down to 3%, the solar battery somehow showed it was not connected. I wound up changing the rechargeable battery again. The camera works great and pictures are decent. ... show more

Great product. Pictures a very clear. With the lithium battery and solar panel package the battery life is awesome. I like this camera over the muddy and stealth brand. I’ve had multiple problems with those brands. I will be purchasing more of these. Easy setup.

Needed a new trail camera and did a lot of research. This camera has been out in the woods for the past two months with no issues. Picture quality is good and the interface with the phone make viewing the pictures easy. The battery life seems to be superior to my older models. The media could not be loaded. Amazing cameras. A bear has attacked one of them. It has bite marks on it and it’s still working. I wrote the company to tell them they have amazing cameras and they are sending me a new part where the bear bit. How amazing is that!?!?     • Try a different brand. The battery life is awful and GPS doesn’t work
I bought this camera so I could track it if it got stolen, but that part of the GPS function doesn’t really work. I picked it up and drove it 30 minutes to my house and the camera has no idea where it is. It thought it was 25’ from where I started. I might as well not have bought a gps camera. Functionally it’s fine unless it gets really cold, then the batteries die even though i have the upgraded battery pack and solar panel assembly. Would not buy again. Id try a different brand. ... show more

    • Cameras get WiFi where others can’t
Tactacam Reveal cameras are super good on picking up WiFi. They will get an AT&T signal where others can’t. Also have a good picture. I have 4, and gave 6 others as Christmas presents and haven’t heard any complaints.
