My son got it set up for me and helped me get it going. It's exactly what I wanted for my small living room. The slowest setting is perfect for starting out, love the distance counter and timer. I have peripheral artery disease and need to walk even if it's 110 outside or -15. This will allow me to get walking in regardless of the weather unless there's a power outage. It's heavy so get assistance getting it out, pieces put where they need to go and set where you want it. I love the safety feature you just clip to your clothes in case you fall it will shut off. The little remote is perfect. Mi think I'll take a small command hook and put it on the handle to hold it. Might update later. If not enjoy! ... show more

Made backwards or something with the “safe shut off” element function. It does work but as you can see in the video, it WILL NOT WORK while the bar is up. How am I supposed to put my phone, tablet or kindle up there or mind you hold on to it while walking to maintain my balance. It also does NOT go up to 6MPH only 4MPH like the description says. It’s a nice size and beautiful color, small yet decent size and I like the weight of it, feels sturdy and was easy to put together BUT just because of the unusable bar function this will stay as 1 STAR until company reaches out or I get my replacement whatever comes first. Ugh I was looking so forward to using this as I’m 1 month postpartum and was in dire need of a walking pad for my home. Will be updating my review when my new one arrives or this problem is fixed. ... show more

Seller reached out and offered multiple solutions so I raised my original rating! Cute purple color but came scuffed and dirty in a couple spots; otherwise, it was packaged well and the instructions were in broken English but thankfully it was preassembled. I’m sensitive to sound and I find this walking pad is too loud to use if you don’t live alone. But even still, you’re going to want some strong noise-canceling headphones for anything more than a very slow walk; I can’t even hear a TV one foot away going at a normal walking pace. The walking strip also goes off-center quickly which takes 5-10 minutes to fix (you have to twist a hex wrench a 1/4 turn and wait 2 minutes, and repeat on both sides until it’s even). ... show more

really wanted to like this walking pad because it is a good size and the overall quality seems decent. Unfortunately, the setup process was extremely frustrating. The instructions were not very helpful, and assembling it took much longer than expected. The biggest issue was the walking belt constantly shifting to one side and rubbing against the plastic frame. I tried adjusting it multiple times, but it would not stay centered. Maybe it works well once everything is finally set up correctly, but getting to that point has been difficult enough that I can’t recommend it. Overall, the poor setup experience and constant belt issues outweighed the positives. ... show more
