    • Tall people need 30" total extra length
It fits tight on the lower side of the tool, not as tight above. This 20" length option should be part of a line up with longer length options, not just shorter length options. If your 6.5' or taller a 30" optional length may be ideal.

Terrible product,it’s amazing this was allowed to pass QC! they didn’t even bother to finish the weld correctly, and there is paint all over the lower shaft..buy something else

This fits my EGO earth auger but it makes the auger very wobbly when connected. This as well as the auger has a very thin shaft which is not ideal. After this extension was attached it was even worse if there was any rock's at all as the machine kickback prevention would kick in. I wasn't even able to drill 1" more. Personally I'm going to return both as they are not for professional use. ... show more

Worked like I expected it to. I like that it has override protection in case you hit something like a rock, but it seems to cut out a little too easily. For me the battery lasts about 5 holes going 3 1/2 feet deep.
