The media could not be loaded. Okay, let me just say—I had no idea how much dirt was actually in my house until I got this vacuum! I was already excited about upgrading, but this vacuum blew me away. First Impressions Right out of the box, setup was stupidly easy. I literally just docked it and it was good to go. The OmniHub station is honestly the best part—it empties itself and even cleans the filter and brush, which means I don’t have to do anything. Suction Power – Holy Crap! I have a dog that sheds like crazy, and my house had been way overdue for a deep clean. The 175W suction power is no joke—this thing pulled up so much hair and dust that I was genuinely shocked. It automatically adjusts suction depending on how dirty the floor is, so I never have to mess with settings. Green Light Feature – Slightly Disturbing, But Amazing I didn’t think I needed this feature, but WOW. The green LED light literally exposes dirt and hair I thought I had already cleaned. It’s equal parts amazing and disgusting because I didn’t realize how much my old vacuum was missing. 😅 If you want truly clean floors, this feature alone makes it worth it. Battery Life – Cleans My Whole House in One Go I have about 2,000 sq. ft. to clean, and this vacuum gets through the entire house on one charge. It lasts up to 70 minutes, which is plenty—even when I’m being super thorough. No more stopping halfway through to recharge! ZeroTangle Brush – No More Hair Nightmares Anyone with long hair (or a pet) knows the struggle of constantly pulling tangled hair off the vacuum brush. Not with this one! The ZeroTangle brush actually works—I haven’t had to cut hair out of it once. Self-Emptying & Self-Cleaning – I Never Have to Touch Dust Again This is hands-down my favorite part. When I’m done vacuuming, I just dock it, and it empties itself into the station’s dustbin in seconds, which holds up to 45 days of dirt. It also cleans the brush, tube, and filter automatically, so I don’t have to touch a thing. Seriously, I’ll never go back to a regular vacuum after this. Final Thoughts – Just Buy It! If you’re on the fence, DO IT. The powerful suction, green light, no-hassle maintenance, and insane battery life make this worth every penny. It’s honestly made cleaning so much easier—I don’t even dread vacuuming anymore!

I have been using the Tineco Pure ONE Station 5 for a bit now, and it’s honestly one of the easiest vacuums I have owned. The suction is strong and the whole thing feels smooth and effortless. The battery lasts fairly long before it needs charging The docking station is a huge win. It charges, empties, and keeps everything organized without me thinking about it. The vacuum itself is lightweight, easy to maneuver. If you want something that just works, cleans well, and doesn’t make vacuuming feel like a chore, this is a great pick. It’s one of those appliances you don’t realize you needed until you have it.

We purchased the Tineco Pure One vacuum cleaner on October 10. We were very pleased with its performance at first, but on December 14 it completely stopped working. The unit powers on and the brush turns, but the vacuum does not activate. It then powers down and shows a red light on the handle. There are no clogs. We contacted Amazon, and they advised us to reach out directly to Tineco to resolve the issue. We contacted Tineco as instructed, but as of January 5, 2026, we still have not received a replacement. This has been very frustrating. While the vacuum worked well when it was functioning, the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. A product at this price point should be backed by faster and more reliable support.

It is a solid vacuum cleaner and does the job nicely. It has the typical vacuum experience you would expect from Dyson products, but with a more affordable price and a few more nice features. First it comes with a full station so you wouldn’t need to buy a station or think about where to store it. The station has a solid design in its look, also has self cleaning features so you don’t need to manually dump every time after use. It also has the lighting feature to show the dirt on the floor where you would not be able to see it in natural lighting. In my past experience it only came with the higher end Dyson model, which is much more expensive. Two additional small details that are underrated, it has a switch to turn on/off instead the need to holding the on button like Dyson, it is small but I felt it saves a lot of effort. Another is there are two more wheels at the back end to provide more support and let it move more smoothly, also reliefs me from using more force. Overall it feels a solid vacuum cleaner, does the job nicely, I would recommend it as someone who is a pet owner and vacuums on everyday basis.

My journey with cordless stick vacuums started back with owning a Dyson v10. It was a powerful machine but the batteries were not removable and it lasted 10 minutes at best. Frustrated we went to Tineco, and absolutely loved the versitility of being able to swap batteries, charge the spare battery while the vacuum is in use, and the amount of attachments you get for a price much lower than Dyson was soooo nice! Aside from that, it's nice how Tineco offers reusable filters or in the previous vacuums we had, there was a filter cleaning tool. They don't want to hook you into their product then you have to constantly buy propriatary accessories to keep the product running. That brings us to our latest pruchage, the Station 5 and we love it. It's so nice to vacuum, be done, then simply dock and the station not only cleans the bin, but the brush as well. Reusable filters are always a nice touch and we couldn't be happier. We love Tineco. Plan to stay with this company. All of our previous vacuums were great and the only reason why this is our third is because we upgraded, not because the previous ones broke so we know durability is good as well. Lastly, love the green light illuminating all specs of debris that need to be cleaned up. What a great functional machine!
