    • Stopped Charging & Working
Purchased this to vacuum hardwood and wrestling mats after class. Easy job for the vacuum, no carpet or crazy amount of debris to pick up. After about a month and half the unit stopped charging. I contacted Tineco and they sent out a new adaptor plug. That did not correct then problem. They said they would also send our a new stick (the long body piece) well that has yet to arrive after 2 weeks and I am returning this entire thing because the return window is closing. Not sure what vacuum I'll go with next, but won't be Tineco. The only upside to this vacuum was that it was very lightweight. ... show more

Bought this for use in my motorhome. Seems to work very well . The two speeds seem to be good for what I need it for. Tile floor withe just a little bit of carpet. My only criticism is the charging base. Takes up about a foot square so I haven’t found a good place to put it yet while it’s being charged. It has also no option to charge it with just the charging cable alone without the base. I’m sure it’s gonna work just fine. ... show more

I’ve just opened this vacuum out of the box and started using it. Right away I can say this is NOT worth $199, more like $70. The floor head is really small so it can vacuum much up. Suction is very poor and it only runs for like 15 minutes but takes hours to be fully charged. I like that it’s light weight and cute but that’s it. It’s just overpriced. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I thought that I was buying a completely different vacuum looking at the videos and pictures attached to this vacuum. So that was disappointing. I have heard amazing things about these vacuums which is why I purchased one. For $200 I would look elsewhere. Vacuuming on the hardwood floor is pretty easy and I like how easy the canister dumps. What I don’t like is how it sounds and feels cheap when pushing it around the floor. I also find it very difficult to push around on carpet. Definitely seems like it’s not picking anything up. I do also like the base that it charges on and you don’t have to put any holes in your walls, but I am going to return this. The suction power is not great and I need something that works better on carpet and hardwood. ... show more

Light weight stick vacuum with powerful suction. We have carpet and wood floor in the house. It's amaze to see the chamber filled with fine dust at the end of the vacuum. Yet it's cordless, the vacuum goes every corner of the house.

Purchased to vacuum my travel trailer. Used on 4 weekend trips. No longer holds a charge. I make sure to charge it right before a trip and this time, pull it off, put it in my trailer, today go to vacuum up a little light debris and instantly starts flashing red. Horrid quality for a $200 vacuum.
