After owning a floor cleaner for over a year, this was next on my wish list. We had a puppy and now two kittens plus 3 little boys with a new home. With lots of allergies from pet dander, you can imagine how much cleaning I do. I had another brand carpet cleaner to remove potty accidents from the pets and while at same time potty training my youngest. The carpet was quickly destroyed. To add fuel to the fire, my old carpet cleaner wasn't doing a very good job. Cleaning the dirt bucket was a pain, the vacuum would wreak with urine and leak constantly. It was a nightmare. This one my husband and I put it to a test, we used uv light to inspect the house(boy were we surprised the old cleaner didn't fully remove the stains from our previous puppy). Then we used this Tineco Carpet one pro smart carpet cleaner and we were blown away. No stains were left behind after checking with uv light. I love how easy it is to move it around the house, doesn't take a lot of energy out of me, especially after a bad accident that causes a lot of pain to move my shoulder and arm. Although, carrying it up and down the stairs my husband helps. I am a huge fan of the technology portion, how well it dries the carpet and senses when it hits 100% or 25% or 50%. There is 3 different modes, regular, max(my favorite!!) Or dry. I love the reminders when it's time to add clean water with tineco cleaner(2 cups of the solution with water) or when it's time to clean the nasty, dirty water. The dirty water became a fascinating thing for my boys to see how dirty the water is which equates to how dirty our carpet was. Not to mention my middle son and I breathe much better, my husband is raving about how nice our house smells now(thanks to Tineco solution). It's very easy to connect to Tineco application. You can adjust the volume through the app. You can also change the language to German, Spanish, French, and English if you prefer something different. It would be great to see in Russian, Ukrainian and few other languages that are a lot more common. But not a deal breaker. It also comes with a cord to clean the staircase or couches/upholstery. Super convenient, however it doesn't come with a storage bag to keep the used cord or accessories. Instead on instructions it's asking me to place it in a shipping plastic bag. Could use improvement on that part.

Great product. Watching the online video reviews made step up and clean up very easy. Cleaned 10 rooms in about four hours with no issues. Great suction, removed most of the water. Drying feature does assist with drying. Carpet was still slightly damp when i finished, but completely dry about 5 hours after application. A few observations: 1) Just use max mode. The eco mode is a waste of time. 2) Used Bissell Pro Max Clean solution to clean the last three rooms and the Bissell solution worked a little better at cleaning than the Tineco solution. I put the bissell solution into the tineco cap to help ensure I didn't use too much solution. 3) Carpet looking better now compared to previous professional cleaning from oxi fresh carpet cleaning service. 4) The cheapest version (icarpet) has the same cleaning capability as the most expensive version (carpet one pro). 5) Plan to use again for annual cleaning, highly recommended.

Works great initially but then... stops sucking water. At first, this thing sucked all the dirty water from the carpet; it was amazing how much it got. Couldn't believe there was that much dirt but then (soon after) the suction stopped and didn't pick up anything... sprinkles of water in the dirty water container. Its light, easy to use (auto water application) and has the techy monitor to show how much dirt is on the carpet. The clean and dirty water containers are kinda small so it requires regular filling and dumping. However, given the size of the container you can easily use hot water from your sink or tub. There's only one brush so I'd initially say it doesn't 'scrub' well but it surely picks dog hair off the carpet that my regular vacuum missed (a 'pet hair' dyson) missed. Again, though, once it stopped sucking water, it had little/no use. Tineco says "don't return it, call us" but they're only open from 9-6 CST on weekdays so that was little assistance. Nope, light and easy to use until it stopped working and then it was useless.

Absolutely love this carpet cleaner. Every issue I’ve run into has been pretty much a user error and easily fixable. Pros: cleans really well Easy to clean Drys floor Great on furniture Cons: I suggest thoroughly cleaning after every use so you avoid odor “Auto” mode is trash and doesn’t do what it says just use manual it works just fine Make sure everything is properly snapped into place otherwise machine won’t work. Dirty water tank gives me issues staying put and removing.

I am very impressed with this carpet cleaner. Once you figure it out, it is easy to use. The machine is quiet for what it is. All the parts are easily detachable which makes them easy to clean. Definitely recommend!

I bought this machine to replace another machine from a different manufacturer. The previous machine was heavy and difficult to clean. I love using this machine as it is smaller and lighter, making it easier on my arms and back. Yes, you will need to fill the clean water more frequently but that is a fair trade-off for me. I also love the beautiful display screen that shows you how clean/dirty your carpets are. The automatic cleaning setting is nice as it helps you determine which areas to spend more time going over multiple times. Finally, the heated dry works awesome. My carpets were much less wet when I was done cleaning and dried much faster than with my previous machine. This item is definitely worth paying a bit more for it.
