Home Depot (the brand of my patio heater) customer service suggested I needed a new thermocouple based on how my heater wasn’t working. Of course, they don’t sell the one necessary. So I found this one and it’s perfect! Basically the exact same product! Threaded thermocouple and includes the wiring and tilt switch. Had it installed in about 20 minutes (harder to put the heater back together than it was to install the thermocouple!). Picture is of the heater working again! ... show more

Had to replace the existing thermocouple on my 6 year old patio heater. Simple removal of the old thermocouple. Needed better instructions on the detachment of hood and controls from base to make it easier on the steps to put all back together.
