I threw away directions before reading. These last gets turn on specifically according to directions. I thought they were another “bad buy”. I happened to get the email address and thought get well I’ll give it a try. I got an email the very next day with directions on how to turn them on and a please come tact them if any further problems. The lights worked!! Such a pretty addition to our pool! They are brand new and I’ve only had them a couple days but I really like them and the small business customer service I received was very quick, precise and appreciated. I highly recommend this on my experience. I will keep an update on how they are doing and maybe add some pictures I can take tonight when they turn on.

I think these look so beautiful in my pool at night and are the best product idea for outdoor decoration in the water! I had a great experience last year with them. I packed them up for the winter, but I advise that you make sure after you deflate, you hold the power button down a few seconds to shut the solar power charger down. 2 balls did not work this year, and the owner was terrific in replacing them and helping me via text. I have learned that many of the initial issues starting up are that it needs to be powered on to charge. The instructions say to blow it up first, but my advice is to press and hold the button on the moon for a few seconds, release it, then blow it up and let it stand in the sun for the day. After it's charged, you can adjust the kind of lighting you want by pressing the button quickly at night, so you can see what you are doing. If you live in a seasonal climate where you pack away for the winter, you can expect two seasons out of it. Worth it to me.

I am as impressed with the sales support from Tially - Equally to the lights themselves, which I love! Even though it's pretty straight forward how to set them up and simply blow them up like a balloon, and activate for solar charging, I reached out to the customer support. I couldn't believe the thoroughness and even follow up text to make sure I had everything I need. Once the lights were inflated, I waited for the solar charge from the sun and !!! That night my lights looked like an dreamy and delightful solar display. They are so so sweet. I placed a few on pretty metal stands and a few in the trees using fishing line because I don't have a pool!. After a few days if they need blowing up, I just blow them up a little by hand, and voila, back to perfect. I have 2 sets and will be buying more. I am so happy with this product and service. Refreshing!!!

ETA: customer service contacted me when they saw my review and sent me a replacement product. It works fine, I will say that the moon print on it is very faint and not very visible. But I really do appreciate the company's customer service! It doesn't fully inflate, so it's always squishy. But who cares? Because the LED lights don't work. Can't return it because I didn't keep the packaging. Complete waste of money.

This is my second time buying these beautiful floating moons because everyone that sees them in my pool wants to take them! The colors are vivid, the quality of the product is amazing. It can stand up to the AZ sun! and doesn't get lifted out of the pool when super windy. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is also pretty terrific.

We just received our new Tially pool balls a few days ago and we just love them! We followed the easy instructions and were in business! These balls are so maintenance free are the easiest addition to our pool. The balls light up at night and turn off during the day automatically! Plus solar powered! We keep getting compliments on our balls from our neighbors, they love them too! These balls can be set for different colors and the neighbors are already loving the blue balls! My balls are the talk of the neighborhood! Maybe Tially can make 20” balls in the future and really give the neighbors something to talk about! Thank you again! And their customer service is second to none!

Look cool in pool after dark. Can change colors with remote. THey are white during day so not as attractive then. Each night they go on they start at a retoating coloe. Need to use remote to set color you want.
