No instructions on how to install the earphones, but I figured it out. There are obvious pockets where the earphones go, and peel and stick velcro pads to keep them in place. Overall I am satisfied

I ordered a large helmet, my head measured right smack in the middle of medium and large. After reading the reviews and ordering the large helmet, I sent an e-mail to the seller asking for them to change the size to medium. No problem, they did it. I received the helmet and it fits snug, as a new helmet should. The helmet functions great, with one minor exception, one of the to vents seems to be stuck closed, but I'm sure I just need to work it a bit, I'd rather gave it tight than loose. My daughter is going to take a riding class, for this price, I'm going to order another one instead of having her use one of the loaners. ... show more

Pretty sure it was a previous purchase by someone else because a piece was broken at the chin. I kept it anyway. It does make a weird “squeaking” sound while riding. I really needed a helmet. I’ll research better or not settle next time.
