Whether you’re working from home or just trying to stay active indoors, this 2-in-1 foldable treadmill is a smart investment. The 2.5 HP motor is surprisingly quiet, making it perfect for home or office use. I can walk or jog while taking calls without any noise disruptions. One of the best features is its compact and foldable design. It easily fits under my desk or in a corner when not in use. The handlebar adds safety when needed and folds down effortlessly. The Run walking pad is a solid option for getting steps in at home. The size is compact enough to fit in smaller spaces but still comfortable to walk on. It has a bit of weight to it, which actually makes it feel sturdy and secure while using it. Setup and use are very simple, so it’s easy to just hop on and go. It feels durable so far and holds up well during regular use. The noise level is low enough for home use, though not completely silent. Do not buy this treadmill! ZERO stars!

I would leave zero stars if I could. This is my second THERUN treadmill. The first one lasted one lasted 13 months (with NO use for at least 5 months. I use the treadmill for rainy / snowy / cold / bad weather walking). An error code appeared on the screen, and the motor was dead. There was no warning. It worked fine one day, and the next day it didn’t (ironically it was “quitter’s day” 2025). I thought it was a fluke, so I ordered a new one. This one was delivered on January 27, and my first walk on it was January 28, 2025. Since Then, I've walked on it 51 times, for 66.5 hours, and 220 miles. I jokingly said to my spouse, I hope this lasts for at least a dollar a mile ($193.49 was my total). Actually, it’s worked out to $3.79 per walk, $2.91 per hour, or 88¢ per mile…woo hoo, is that a good value? Is this the lifespan one can expect from these treadmills? My previous one from this company likely had similar mileage. On April 16, 2025 (11 weeks and 1 day after my first walk), an odd squeak started in the motor, and the belt started sliding to the right. I made adjustments with the included hex key. The belt remained centered at varying speeds, as long as I wasn’t on it. As soon as I would get on the treadmill, the belt would immediately slide to the right. The motor also started to skip / stutter / lag. And before you say, “you need to lose weight,” I weigh 135 pounds, and the weight limit for this model is 300 pounds. This treadmill is in a climate-controlled room (73 degrees), on a laminate floor with a high-density foam treadmill mat under it ( mat was ordered from Amazon with the first dead THERUN treadmill). I contacted Amazon on April 28, 2025, and while the customer service rep was very nice, nothing was resolved. She directed me to contact THERUN, which I immediately did. I received the perfunctory auto-reply from the company, stating that I would be contacted within 24 hours. It’s been 11 days (264 hours), and I’ve received no response; I’m not surprised. Because I didn’t have faith that this machine would last, like the previous one, I logged every walk with the distance, speed, and time. I don’t recommend anyone taking a chance on one of these treadmills, unless you really like throwing away your money and filling up a landfill. ... show more

Love this! This is my second time buying it. Broke the first one during a move. Otherwise it works fantastic. It’s very durable and handles heavy use without any issues. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

Great space saving product, with great customer service

Wow, I'm impressed! This works great, and the size and weight are perfect for my small space. I've only had it 2 days, but the customer service is amazing. It came with a card that said you can double the warranty to 2 years, which I assumed had a cost. I called this morning before they were open, so I hung up and then got busy. I got a call back this afternoon just based on them having a missed call from me. The extended warranty is free, and they also offered to send me a free pad to put underneath to help reduce vibration. I know other reviews mention having some issues with the motor after using it a while, but so far I'm very happy with this. The only small issue is that the handle bar is too short - I would have to lean over to hold on to it. But I have it next to a chair that I could grab onto if necessary, so not a big deal for me. Not as Expected/ updated

I really wanted to like this product and I was so excited to try it and make it a part of my daily routine. However, I have never, ever had to battle with adjusting the belt on a treadmill/walking pad as I have had to do on this thing and It came like this right out of the box. So disappointed. I really wanted this to work, but you shouldn’t have to adjust a belt for the amount of times that I had to do - to adjust it when this is supposed to be brand new. I received this yesterday, April 1 and I started using it right away and the first thing I noticed was that noise that you get when the belt is off. No big deal, all it needs is a little adjustment – easy enough. However, after adjusting the belt, it continue to move, again no big deal, just continue to adjust. Nevertheless this thing keeps moving and that is not normal because I’m not new to treadmills or walk pads so needless to say this thing is going back. Maybe I got a defective one, I don’t know, but this was my experience. 4-20 - I am updating my review. The customer service is really good and I have to give them a five just for that, but I am taking out two stars because the product that I received was defective. I’m not 100% sure why I was not able to do an exchange but it is what it is. I’m going to see if I can have someone look at it and maybe fix it for me but other than that I think I just got a dupe. One of the things that I really liked about this walk pad is that it does fold really nicely under my bed so that’s a perk. The little bit that I was able to walk on it before the belt started shifting to the left was that it wasn’t super loud, but not super quiet either. Either way the noise level wasn’t so bad. I can’t give you guys any more review on the actual product because mine was defective but if you have any issues, the customer service is pretty good. ... show more

I love that this is a wider treadmill with plenty of room. It is a great choice for anyone looking for a compact and versatile home or office treadmill. The 2.5 HP motor is impressively quiet and powerful, making it easy to switch between walking and light jogging without disturbing others or loud noise. I appreciate the wide, anti-slip belt and the shock absorption system — it feels stable and comfortable on the joints. Setup was a breeze since it comes fully assembled, and the slim design folds down nicely to store under a bed or sofa.
