I was very disappointed with this thermal printer. While the initial setup was simple and feeding the labels through the printer was easy, everything went downhill once I tried to actually print labels. The biggest issue is that it would not print labels to the correct scale. Even when I selected a standard 4” x 6” label size in the app, the printed output was either tiny, improperly sized, or completely off-scale. No matter what settings I adjusted, I could not get consistent, correctly sized labels. The app itself is also incredibly difficult to use and far from user-friendly. Basic tasks that should be straightforward became frustrating and time-consuming. Between the confusing app and the constant scaling problems, this printer was more hassle than it was worth. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product due to the poor software experience and inability to reliably print labels at the correct size. ... show more

I purchased this as a gift for a friend starting her own business. Two weeks into having to ask her husband to print shipping labels while at work, and both of them being frustrated if/when it didn't work and I as done for her lol. This arrived for her the day after ordering it and from all i've heard, it's been great. Initial setup went a little slowly but she's also not used to using things like this. That being said, she did still figure it all out on her own so I would still say it's easy to use. Comes with a fair amount of labels, I do wish it came with more but it was on me for not paying attention when I ordered it! Love how compact it is, wireless connectivity seems to work great. Thermal printer works as great after initial set up. It was nice that this came with paper instructions, but also a website where it provided video instructions as well. Label quality and print quality are very good for the price and the compact size makes this unit easy to fit almost anywhere. One issue I do have with this printer (and it very well could be on me) is trying to print shipping labels, I have to continuously go into printer preferences, switch from landscape to portrait and back to landscape before I print. If I don't do this, the labels come out as portrait. I will gladly update to 5 stars if I can ever figure out how to just default the labels in landscape without having to go into preferences and switch between landscape, portrait and back to landscape. ... show more
