I just finished my Invisalign a few months ago and started my retainers. My teeth were becoming super sensitive and I also wanted them to whiten. I tried this because my dentist recommend it for my gum & teeth sensitivity. But the plus factor is the whitening effect. I have been using this product for some time. It's not noticeable after 1 month, but after 3 months - yes finally a little change took place. Maybe 1 shade brighter. Not yet 2 shades, but maybe I'm a late bloomer.....lol. Everyone has different chemistry & heredity can't be ignored, so it depends on how often you use it, heredity & your personal chemistry whether it will work for you.
