All my cats love this litter box! Highly recommend and definitely worth it! I have used several automatic litter box and this one is the best so far. It is very easy to setup and the instruction sheet is very clear. The open top design leaves a lot of spaces for my chunky cats. The side-way rotation makes it a lot easier to clean, as all the parts that could touch the poopies are accessible. It is very quiet during cleaning and you can control the cleaning delay easily through the app. It traps the smell entirely in the box underneath, and the box takes about 25 cleans to fill up. The only thing I wish could be different is to have a bigger trash box and deeper litter area, since all my 3 cats use restroom a lot. ... show more

    • Easy to use, easy to clean.
Great automatic litter box. Some of the others on the market are hard to clean, pieces that don't detach, proprietary bags etc. This box is far and beyond being useful and easy to clean. Once a week tear it all down, clean it so that it won't get stinky with time. 10/10

This litter box is super pretty. I love the open design, my cat doesn’t get litter stuck on his back anymore, and it’s way easier to clean than the enclosed ones. The odor control is great, too.     • Really wanted it to be a game changer for my back
I really wanted to love trading up to an automatic litter box. CONS: The biggest disappointment that makes it an irrelevant tool is that because the litter compartment is so shallow, I have to manage refilling more regularly than a plain old litter box. So from that standpoint, not a time saver or a back saver. I am working the litter more now than I was before. Problem 2 is that I have a very small cat who by size, poops small. The grate is not fine enough for her packages. So I still have to manually remove those deposits. Problem 3, because of her full grown 6lb size, she does not get detected by the box and I use the app to manual start a cleaning rotation. I have yet to troubleshoot this and full disclosure, I do have it set on carpet with coasters under the legs which maybe the problem with the automatic cleaning feature. My large cat has yet to try from what I have observed. PROS: Does control the odor well. My one cat had no trouble moving to this box. It is as quiet as it states, even more. I do feel confident it won't crush/trap my cat if it were to be in the box for some reason during a cleaning cycle. App is good but seems to be made for a ton of devices I may or may not purchase so it is cluttered with extraneous options, not a deal breaker. ... show more

    • No hassle,saves time, and $$
Wish I had bought this sooner. I have had it for a few months and have had no issues. All 3 of my cats were using it within a week. I haven't had the issues that others customers have talked about. This saves me on litter and so much time. I also received a good amount of bags. Took me some time to figure out what to set the empty bin alert to because I had one cat who liked to watch it empty and was trying to figure out where his deposit went...lol. other than that keep the rotation clean and it works great ... show more

    • Not worth the cost and aggravation
After having this for almost a month I am totally frustrated with it. The litter clumps stick to the bottom and do not dump into the bin. Then the tub gets stuck when trying to empty thus blocking it from the cat being able to go in it. I would be better off using an old fashioned litter box and scooping it myself.     • Good and bad points
When it’s time to clean this box, I really like the way it empties the litter without needing special care or steps. Makes it so easy to use. My biggest problem is the mat does not release dried or moist urine and the smell sticks to the mat. I am constantly having to scoop the urine loose from the pad and then it breaks and leaves small bits behind after it dumps. Not to mention the smell it’s retaining. I like that it lets me know the disposal box is not fitted properly with the flashing lights, prevents dumping on the floor behind the box. The increased size isn’t really a factor like I thought it would be, my cats prefer the other box more so than this one, not sure why. It would also be nice if the grate spacing was more narrow, allowing less waste into the clean litter trap, when dumping waste. ... show more

    • Best litter box ever!
This the second self cleaning litter box I have purchased and it is by far the best! Easier for my very large cats to use as well as easier to maintain. I would recommend it for anyone who have large cats, mine weigh 26 pounds, bigger than my dogs. I only wish I could get my dogs to use it.
