UPDATE: After reaching out directly to the company they absolutely rectified the situation. Their emails went to my spam but they continued to reach out until I responded and offered me a refund. The customer service is amazing. I really wish they made a larger size of this style because I absolutely loved it, just minus the size. It would be perfect for a 12lb cat maybe max. It’s a bit tall but most litter robots are and you can easily put a step in front if needed for a senior cat. Thank you to the people running this new startup. They clearly care deeply about their products and their customers. If they ever make a larger box I would buy it in a heartbeat. TLDR: incorrectly shown as fitting a 40lb cat or main coon and showing skewed visuals. I loved this at first but quickly realized the size is not suitable for what they claim and show a main coon sitting in the box. It is by no means large enough for even an 18lb cat. I would say 12lbs max, a smaller cat would work great. This is really frustrating as a fresh graduate. I did a lot of research into this prior to spending what little money I have, and I bought two. I would give it higher stars for the app connection, anti pinch features, multi cat use, noise level and ease of use- but claiming it fits a 30lb cat when my 18lb and 15lb cats are only able to use it half in and half out. My cat even twisted her ankle getting out of the box as she didn’t fit. I’m quite disappointed and I can’t seem to get in contact with the sellers. I’m really disappointed, I wouldn’t have gotten this product knowing the size limitations.

All my cats love this litter box! Highly recommend and definitely worth it! I have used several automatic litter box and this one is the best so far. It is very easy to setup and the instruction sheet is very clear. The open top design leaves a lot of spaces for my chunky cats. The side-way rotation makes it a lot easier to clean, as all the parts that could touch the poopies are accessible. It is very quiet during cleaning and you can control the cleaning delay easily through the app. It traps the smell entirely in the box underneath, and the box takes about 25 cleans to fill up. The only thing I wish could be different is to have a bigger trash box and deeper litter area, since all my 3 cats use restroom a lot.

This is my 3rd automatic litter box. The first one I had was a little bulky and hard for me to clean so I gave to my kids. The second one was very similar to this one, however, it did not have all of the features of this. (Gave to my kids for their second floor and cat). That being said, I had done a lot of research on the automatic litter boxes and finally found one that met pretty much all of my needs. This automatic litter box was easy to assemble, was a reasonable price at $149, has a large collection drawer, and is not very loud, however, I have it located in a spare room used as a gym so I really don't notice. I have 2 cats, one petite kitty weighing aprox 4 lbs, and then a chonker who weighs about 12 lbs and is long and tall. Both kitties fit well in this box and have no problem maneuvering around with open top. The app is great, it gives warnings when a cat enters, tells how much they weigh and you can set it to remind you to empty the drawer after it's been used 15-40 times. The free features on the app are enough for my needs, there is a subscription option that I have not used. The front facing buttons are easy to see and use. I particularly like the "empty" feature. Pros: Large top opening, large drawer, ease of use of app and buttons, lightweight, easy to clean, has an empty feature that some litter boxes don't have or have a guard that has to be manually put in place. Cons: The drawer does not seem to "seal" and odors seep out, when opening or closing the drawer; it can tear holes along the edge of where the drawer meets the box, so heavy duty bags are a must, the holes in the scoop screen (not sure what to call it) are too large and don't collect all of the bits. I have to scoop with a small hole scoop at times. (I did purchase a smaller holed screen and will retro fit it to the litter box). Overall, I would recommend this litter box. UPDATE: As soon as this review hit, the app stopped working (insert eyeroll here). I have tried everything to get it to work again and will will work for a few minutes and then stops. It won't automatically clean, kind of defeats the purpose of the automatic cleaning litter box. Until I can get this issue fixed or find a new litterbox, I have set up a camera that alerts me when my cats go in so I can manually hit the clean button. Not ideal but will have to do for now.

The litter box worked for 2 days. Within 2 days, it stopped measuring the cats weight or that they were even in the box. It routinely gets stuck in cleaning mode and has to manually be overridden and forced back to its normal position. It is small and doesn’t accommodate well for cats. Overall, I am very unhappy.

I was hopeful that this much cheaper automatic litter box would work as well as the barrel style one I already have. It was showing a lot of promise until I realized it was staying closed (following a screening cycle) with much less than a full tray -- one time it looked like it was only used once. When it stays closed (supposed to indicate that it is full), the urine drip holes are exposed and reek. The barrel style conceals this and doesn't allow the smell to get out. Lastly, this was the larger unit of this style that I could find, but its really not that big. My cats were peeing on the side of it until I put a small step in front it it. After that, they kept their paws on the step. Overall, as long as it doesn't die, its probably great for small cats/kittens.

I bought this litter box to reduce daily cleaning. It was easy to set up and the open top design works well for my cats. The automatic cleaning helps keep the litter area cleaner than a normal box. The waste bin is a good size and does not need to be emptied every day. The app works fine but sometimes takes a moment to connect. My cats needed a little time to get used to the sound when it starts cleaning.

I looked at many Self Cleaning litter boxes, but I knew i needed an open top for my cats. I purchased 2(1 for each cat) This one uses the Tuya app and tells me when they go into it, how much they weigh, the amount of time spent in the box, the box has sensors and doesnt clean until they have been out of it for a few minutes, I am saving money on litter, and the box is much cleaner, less stinky and so much easier to clean! It pays for itself in no time. I was very easy to put together, My cats took to it surprisingly right away! All around Win!
