The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: After reaching out directly to the company they absolutely rectified the situation. Their emails went to my spam but they continued to reach out until I responded and offered me a refund. The customer service is amazing. I really wish they made a larger size of this style because I absolutely loved it, just minus the size. It would be perfect for a 12lb cat maybe max. It’s a bit tall but most litter robots are and you can easily put a step in front if needed for a senior cat. Thank you to the people running this new startup. They clearly care deeply about their products and their customers. If they ever make a larger box I would buy it in a heartbeat. TLDR: incorrectly shown as fitting a 40lb cat or main coon and showing skewed visuals. I loved this at first but quickly realized the size is not suitable for what they claim and show a main coon sitting in the box. It is by no means large enough for even an 18lb cat. I would say 12lbs max, a smaller cat would work great. This is really frustrating as a fresh graduate. I did a lot of research into this prior to spending what little money I have, and I bought two. I would give it higher stars for the app connection, anti pinch features, multi cat use, noise level and ease of use- but claiming it fits a 30lb cat when my 18lb and 15lb cats are only able to use it half in and half out. My cat even twisted her ankle getting out of the box as she didn’t fit. I’m quite disappointed and I can’t seem to get in contact with the sellers. I’m really disappointed, I wouldn’t have gotten this product knowing the size limitations.

Wanted to give this purchase a 9 star, 'cause it is a super litter box. BUT, got some false advertising. Description states that the box was XL for large kitties, which excited me since we have 4 Maine Coons, all weighing 20 or more pounds and a Siamese who weighs in at 24 pounds. The problem?? The big kitties are tooo big for the box. Either there front body parts are over the edges or their rear parts are over the edge, so I have to keep using the standard XL litter box - you know, normal daily litter sifting. With those five, I "sometimes" have to sift twice a day. But, this litter box is super - quiet, efficient, is used constantly and only has to be cleaned every three days (7 cats using regularly). Minimal litter replacement which cuts down on the amount of litter purchased weekly. I like it.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this litter box to reduce daily cleaning. It was easy to set up and the open top design works well for my cats. The automatic cleaning helps keep the litter area cleaner than a normal box. The waste bin is a good size and does not need to be emptied every day. The app works fine but sometimes takes a moment to connect. My cats needed a little time to get used to the sound when it starts cleaning.

It works ok, not for large car as advertised. You cannot get parts at all, I have been searching for a littler barrier forever and the company won’t respond. I’ve tried others and they don’t fit! Any ideas?

So far so good set up was extremely easy my 14 -year-old son put it together in about 10 minutes if that. We got it connected to the Wi-Fi after downloading the app and everything was fine. Ran the machine twice and it is super quiet. You don’t even know what’s on I don’t know what took me so long to do it. I’ll send a follow up review in a week or so. Update April 2, 2026 I i’m still enjoying the unit still super quiet. I did order a second however, the first one stop auto cleaning based upon the timer. You must make sure that you’re dumping it according to how long it takes for your litter to clump otherwise it’ll just make a mess. Other than that, I have had no problems. The cat loves it fine took no time adjusting.

Too small for my cat. It stated cats up to 22 lbs., my can weights 12 pounds and does not fit. Plus, there is such a small amount of litter that he will not use it.

This was the greatest invention since ice cream!! At first, Tabitha was not too sure of it, but I finally got her to try it. When she was through, and it started to "flush", it scared her but she watched it go through the process from the living room. When it was done, she slowly went back and she looked inside. Then she started put the litter around it her paw. Then she looked under it and around it and back to look inside. She looked at me and I was laughing so hard she looked at me like "What's so funny! It took my poop!" She uses it regularly but still is fascinated with the "flushing". I saves my back from having to scoop and gives me entertainment too.
