I really like this Ankle Ice Wrap. It feels great and is nice and cold, easy to use, and applies cold therapy to my entire ankle and achilles tendon area. The only thing I was disappointed in, is that the only place it said it was the pro model, was on a plastic pouch it came in. Nowhere on the Item or the Real package itself did it indicate it's a PRO Model, so I really don't know if it's the regular model, or the pro. I think that's a very poor move on the companies part.

This thing works very well and stays cool long enough to numb your foot. Like others said it does not stay cool for too long but it gets the job done. I just don't like the inseam on the bottom so when I walk with it it feels wired.

It’s very comfortable, sizing is pretty accurate. One issue is it doesn’t keep temp very long. If you need cold you may want 2 so you can always keep one in the freezer. Heat is ok, but a heating pad may work better in my opinion. Overall a decent product though.

I have been suffering from repeated flare-ups of painful achilles tendinitis/Calcaneal bursitis caused by a bone spur at the back of my heel. This ice pack stays cold for as long as I need to bring down the pain and swelling. The compression also feels nice, and has cushioning on the bottom of the heel as well, making it a little less painful to walk. I have extra wide 12 EEEE (12H in Red Wing boot) feet, and this still fits perfectly. I would recommend 1000x over to anyone needing to ice their foot.

We have the theraice head wraps for migraines and I knew exactly what I needed when my teen soccer player started needing to ice his ankles after practice. Keep the bag they come in as it keeps ice crystals from forming if you store them in the freezer. Also note they only come with 1 sleeve so buy in pairs. Nice a snug, design is as expected for the brand. Works as expected which is what I wanted. Great value for the money - no more wasting bags of peas or emptying the fridge ice maker. Do note, you can’t walk with them on or you’ll ruin the gel!

UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and I did get a refund for this item. Got this today, stuck it right in the freezer in its bag and when I put it on my ankle my hands were SO sticky it’s like there something slowly seeping out of it all over the outside. I can’t figure out where it’s coming from. Really disappointed since I needed this quickly for an injury. When I had it on momentarily it did feel sufficiently cold so maybe it works if you don’t get a sticky one?
