Have been using it a a few weeks. Good quality, plug in and use. No assembly needed. Three modes available for cold, hot and normal water. Ice maker is also very convenient. The only downside is top loaded jug, but between ice maker and buttom loaded jug, i still prefer the ice maker.

The machine has arrived—I couldn’t wait to leave a review. At first glance it looks like a regular water dispenser, but the ice-making compartment at the bottom is so cool and much bigger than I expected. It even comes with an ice scoop, which is such a thoughtful touch. Now I basically have my own professional water bar at home.

The water dispenser is beautiful. This product has a compact and elegant design, with a slender and slim profile. All functions work perfectly, the water temperature is just right, and it takes up almost no space. The noise level is also very low during operation. I really like it.

The package surprises me! Package comes with very tonight packaging and the dispenser looks so fancy ! And functional too, it has hot, cold and normal 3 temperatures and it can make ice too ! A very good buy !
