We are a big family with five people, so we go through a lot of drinking water every single day. Our old water dispenser started to leak after few years use. I bought this one for replacement. It is good. I mainly use it to dispense hot water since we have a fridge to dispense cold water. The machine size is exactly as our old ones and fit a 5 gallons water bottle in. The hot water dispenser can fill a bottle of hot water then need a little break to heat the next bottle. It doesn't need to assemble. You just need to plug in and it starts to work. The price is good comparing to similar products.

Love this dispenser, I was paying a monthly rental fee for my water service, this works better, takes up less space and will pay for its self in rental fees in about 10 months, mu only complaint is how bright the little indicator lights are, which i fixed with a small piece of electric tape
