We are a big family with five people, so we go through a lot of drinking water every single day. The materials used in this water dispenser are above average in quality. It doesn't take up much space. I really like its bottom-load style - it looks neat and simple on the outside, and it's both labor-saving and convenient when replacing water bottles. It requires almost no installation; I just need to plug it in, install the water bottle, and after about 10 minutes, both cold and hot water are ready to use. It's extremely convenient.
