I’m not even really sure where to start on this one here. The minute I opened the box it looked very cheap to me, it just does not come across as heavy duty at all, it reminds me of those cheap looking boxes we used to get air fresheners out of at car washes for some reason. Just very cheap looking. All of the knobs are also very cheap, they feel like you could just pull them off with any little tug. This is not going to farewell for anything outside or in your cellar. To add to the problems every screw was loose or look like it had been forced threaded on. Just not a good product by any stretch, sorry folks.

The media could not be loaded. Knobs were broken and falling off. Heater ignited intermittently.

Great easy to install. I like that this was easy to install. It was a great addition to my trailer. I like that it is ran from propane. I like that it was peretty simple forward install. Great hot water.

This product is poorly made. It came with a rattling inside the tank. Turns out there was a screw loose in the tank, just rattling around at the bottom. It is flimsy and not something that I would feel comfortable using.
