I previously had a shower head in my HOME that was ALSO the handheld, so my reaction to this new shower head replacement might be a bit over the top. Anyway, this rain-style head gives great coverage and comfort, when the hot water is steaming over your entire body, not just the back or front. The pipe for my shower is probably at about 6’5”, which is OK if you’re shorter, like me (6’2”) but I have a neighbor who’s 6’5” and it sucks for him. They redid the 1950s-era CABIN we bought and the water pipe comes out straight overhead at 6’7”, which should cover most situations. And although that’s where I got the idea of getting this head, I may have to get another as a replacement for the cabin, especially at this price! And the improvement in water pressure isn’t just a case of, “I think it’s stronger, don’t you?” It IS stronger. The handheld added another third of the water pressure in my estimation, while the RAIN-SHOWER head did just that; a nice, even, increased flow, while giving more coverage to the body. It seems reasonably well built, for a piece of plumbing, which I am NO JUDGE OF. Full disclosure: my wife is the handyman in our family. Not that I couldn’t put on a shower head. But I do have bad hands and she knows it, so she had the head up before I even knew she started it. Overall impression: outstanding buy with great bang for your buck! ... show more

    • Great showerhead, diverter didn’t work

While the showerhead was amazing, the diverter it came with didn’t work. I purchased a replacement & now everything works beautifully. Water pressure is amazing & I love the adjustable option for the handheld. Would have been 5 stars had the diverter been functional.

Pros: Very attractive. Great water pressure! Feels very luxurious. Easy to install. Cons: The hand shower is plastic and feels a little cheap. The hand shower wall mount is a sticker... that doesn't stick.

We received our shower head and within the next 30 minutes we were having a wonderful rain shower. I love that you can switch from rain shower to shower head or utilitze both. It is very easy to switch to each feature, I switch 2-3 times at each shower with no issues.

Product installation is simple even though the instructions are a bit small. It does provide a list of parts that are included in the box but was not difficult at all to set up in the bathroom tub. After using the set, it works great and the only con to me would be the knob used to switch from the waterfall shower head to the portable one is right above the waterfall sprinkler head and can get in the way if needed to adjust to either one.
