Nice and large box. It can be more challenging to scoop due to the size and amount of litter. But over our kitty likes it. She won’t use the front door but we keep the top open. This does lead to increased tracking. But our primary goal was to keep our large dog out of the box and so far it has worked great! There is no leakage and the box is very sturdy for a cat. The lid is a little more concerning to weight but our girl is about 7lbs now and has no issues getting in and out. Definitely worth the cost for us.

The cats love it and it is so easy to clean. The litter doesn’t stick to it and the Oder is greatly reduced because scratching is not the problem as it was with the hard plastic type.

This sounds dramatic, but after having cats for my entire life and JUST NOW discovering this type of litter box, it’s been life changing. The litter doesn’t stick and our cats love it. We have two cats and there’s no smell ever. The size is perfect for them. One of my cats is small and the other larger and they both fit comfortably. The grossness literally just slides off. If I could give more stars, I would. It’s so easy to put together and the quality really is top tier. The accessories make a nice addition as well!

I live in an RV and have tried so many litterboxes... mainly plastic. Small spaces and litterbox smells just don't go together. It was time for a really good one for my babies. While doing research for a new one, a lot of people have suggested a stainless steel one. Having limited space, multiple cats that vary in sizes... and shapes 🤭 I felt like I was not going to find what I was looking for. Until I came across this litterbox. I loved the fact that it was horizontal which would fit perfectly where the current one went that stuck out too far. Plus side was it came with a step. My oldest cat is a tiny 13 year old with arthritis in her hips so this would help her getting in and out. I didn't care about the scoop as I already had stainless steel one, but I guess having an extra one never hurt. We have been using it for a few weeks and they all have taken to it immediately. My two 10 month old kittens decided they were going to test it out while I was putting it together. They approved. Putting it together was a breeze. I honestly didn't need the instructions... and I normally need instructions in all types of formats. After several days of use, I noticed that the top of the step kept coming apart. Thought it was due to the kittens and their rambunctious activities or my chunkster cat every time she used the box. After monitoring their usage... I work from home so I was able to do quite a bit of monitoring... I noticed it was after every time they used it. My 13 year old weighs 5.5 lbs and so do my two 10 month olds. My chunkster weighs 15 lbs. I then thought that maybe I had it turned wrong so I changed the way it was facing and it helped, but kept easily coming apart. It doesn't click in there securely... more like sets inside the base. I do wish there was a click or someway to know it was secure. Cats are like toddlers all they to their senior age and they will get into everything and knock over everything so things need to always be secure. Litterboxes included. Beyond the step it's a great litterbox with 2 things I have noticed. 1- I did find that cleaning it out was a little challenging if you only cleaned by lifting up the door (which was a huge selling point for me) vs taking off the top and setting it to the side. Again... living in an RV and limited space your requirements in a single product can get lengthy. But I can make do with the tight quarters. 2- To maintain the suggested level of litter in the box so you don't hear the nails on a chalkboard in the middle of the night or at all... the box could be deeper... 3 of my cats like to scratch at the walls of the box. Hearing that sound made every single fiber in my body cringe. I would rather sweep up a little bit of litter that gets kicked out (I have take the door off) rather than hear that sound again. Yikes. I am still very glad I bought this litterbox. If a newer... updated version of this model comes out, I wouldn't hesitate to give it a try.

This litter box is very well made—the materials feel sturdy, it looks nice, and my cat was interested in it right away. I also love the top-entry design, which helps keep litter from scattering all over the floor. The only downside is that the front door feature doesn’t work. I was really excited about having a front door that could help contain smells better, but unfortunately, the plastic piece arrived either broken or molded incorrectly. I didn’t find any missing or damaged parts in the packaging, so it looks like a manufacturing issue. I’m still using it as a front-entry box, but I wish I could’ve used the front feature as intended as I was more so looking for something that could help contain smells. If that part had worked, it would’ve been perfect.
