The best part of getting a new lid is how clear it is. I can now see down into the pump basket without removing the lid that had yellowed over the years. I wish I had replaced it sooner! This is a perfect fit for my 20+ year old part. I recommend buying this version with the included o-ring attached, because an old o-ring will have degraded over time. This replacement has stopped all the little slow leaks I had before.

Forgot to remove a plug over winter and my original casing cracked. Rather than replace the entire pump, I replaced this piece - pretty easy to replace, pump works fine, and I saved myself a couple thousand dollars by just swapping out this piece - win-win.

We ordered this unit since our original one broke. After about 2 weeks the plug came lose and pop-ed out. Nothing would keep the plug in. We contacted the seller who responded within 24 hours with a quick and stress-free resolution. I will buy from them again based on their customer service alone!
